Ghosted! Nothing but incompetent!
I was invited to join the beta version of the app where you don’t have to be with an employee that supports the program. After filling in my details I was then prompted for my bank info - At no point did it say it had to be a High Street bank, after a week of ghosting me, they finally got back to me after I emailed and they told me of this fact. I then change the bank info to be one that was a High Street bank. After I did this, they ghosted me completely, not returning any of my emails, or responding to any of the live chats I created.
