I dont think I have ever ordered from a company that has such excellent customer service.Their faux fur coats are of the highest quality..i had a small issue with size and they fixed it and resent a size that worked.. I HIGHLY recommend this company

SHEIN SCAM ALERT!!!!!!

Received my jacket in the WRONG colour, all the tags were cut out, tried to email them for a refund / return and they just bounce back.

Save your money and just find it on Shein.....was literally $100 cheaper.....

Terrible!!!!

Order what looked like a beautiful dress. Splurged and spent a bit more than I would normally online because it looked like good quality. Came it was junk I don’t even think I would wear it to bed as pjs and it had a hole in the lace and when I went to message the company 5 times about the dress showing up damaged and nothing like what the photo showed I never heard back from them.

The products are too large and look very cheap. They are also impossible to return. If you reach out to customer service, the email comes back as undeliverable. AVOID!

Incredibly poor quality - shein like. Tried to return £200 worth of order and had to ask customer service over 5 times for the link to return to be told firstly they deduct an 8% handling fee - and then the portal requires photos - to which any photo is too large so it’s impossible. Total scam of a place do not recommend

The dress is nice but on the website you can’t tell there is a beige under layer at the top had I known I never would have ordered it, don’t love that it’s there

When you first go in their website, there is a physical address in the US so you automatically assume the warehouse is in the states, however, don’t be fooled. The item gets shipped from China takes close to a month to receive it and the worse part, it’s nothing like the item in the picture. You might as well order from SHEIN or temu and save your money.

Material was absolutly shocking. The dress looked so nice on the advert but when it arrived i was so disapointed as the material was so cheap. There was no returns label, i messaged the contact email requesting instructions on how to return, the email back just stated i would be charged for the return with no actual instructions. I requested the returns address and they then offered me store credit. I accepted the offer. They said that my account has been credited. No store credit is showing on my account. I have a feeling its a scam.
