Easy and professional, but with one disadvantage
The staff were professional and efficient, and the location was clean and modern. Their prices are also better than online dealers. Overall very good experience, but I was tempted to take a star off because they handled the bullion somewhat roughly, resulting in the bullion not being in perfect condition. I understand that they're not selling collectibles, but some customers I'm sure still care about the aesthetics of what they're buying, so greater care taken to preserve the mint condition of the bullion is what would have made it a perfect experience.
