addition to my previous posts: Boozt is also making things up! here the reply from Boozt today (shortly after i posted my review on here!!0:

I have taken this case as Karla is not here today.

Please see attached file. Your parcel was attempted delivery on the 13/3-2019.

You need to contact parcelforce and make arrangement for delivery.

How come you are telling me in the reply to my review that my order was delivered today? This is clearly a lie!!

I say this again its my right to cancel my order and you have to offer this option no matter what. Other companies manage that too and they deliver faster than you (if at all).
