I was so disappointed! I ordered over $300 worth of shoes and every last pair was a disappointment! Cheaply made and not at all the look of the picture or description! Of course no refund was accepted. I HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS! NOTHING BUT A RIP OFF!

If I could rate them a 0 I would. Horrible! Sent me the wrong boots, and refused to return them or refund me. And the boots they sent are cheap plastic. Don't waste your money you won't get it back.

As with all the other reviews I just now read... I should have read the reviews before I bought! Over two months still haven’t gotten all the order... have contacted them repeatedly. What I have received is disappointing. The ankle straps are huge, I even ordered a size down, cheaply made. The leatherette heels have some strange gold-like cheep material for the accents. The sweater is thin and also cheep. Also this is a foreign company and I was charged a foreign transaction fee although they list an address in the United States...

Don't buy from them. I ordered 2 pair of shoes. Only got one. The pair I got are had ankle strips with adjustable buckles one the side. Funny thing is buckles were on the left side of each shoe................looks like my shoe is on the wrong foot.

Do not waste your time ordering nothing from this company. I placed an order about 6months ago 9/20 with this company. I just received the items on 3/21. I spent over $100 and I was very disappointed with the quality of the shoes. I tried several times to return the merchandise and the company refused to cooperate with me and would not instruct me on how to return the items. They kept giving me excuses on why i should keep the shoes. This was a terrible experience and money wasted.

After waiting 4 months, I only got one of the 2 pairs of shoes I ordered and they were the wrong size. Not worth the gamble.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes. I attempted to cancel my order immediately after ordering and was not allowed to do so because my items had shipped. That was a lie because I didn’t get shipping information for another month. After 3 months, 2 pairs arrived. They are cheaply made and plastic. The 3rd pair hasn’t arrived and I was told it got lost in transit and I could order another pair or get a coupon. I have requested my money be returned. Do not order from this company. You will not be satisfied!!!

This is my first online review of any company. I have to warn you all about this company. Do NOT order from them! I received the wrong sized shoes and they refused to send me a postage paid slip to return/exchange them. They told me to give them to someone else and accept a partial discount. I literally could not exchange them for what I actually ordered without paying a $30 return shipping charge. I'm currently disputing the purchase with my credit card company and plan to donate the shoes I can't wear or return to charity. Next stop, the Better Business Bureau.

I spent over $100 and like many complaints I'm reading, I wished that I would have done a little research before placing my order. I ordered a pair of boots and two sweaters back in January of this year.
It's March 22nd and I received the boots, only after writing 3 complaint emails, only to find that they were NOT the color that I ordered and were the worst quality ever. Knowing that I still had two sweaters coming, I looked up my tracking number (that I had to beg for) and it showed that my order was delivered. Feeling taken advantage of, I sent another complaint email only to receive the same kind of reply- always asking me to wait just one more week.
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FRM BOOTZEN unless you're looking to throw away your money because I'm about to write my 5th email asking for a full refund!

I took a chance and ordered one pair of "leather and artificial rhinestone" flipflops and when they finally arrived they looked like something from the dollar store. I wish I had read the reviews. I complained and they would not provide return info or a shipping label. They did offer me a free pair to compensate but why would I even want them? I will probably literally throw these away. Even the fit is bad.

Buyer beware-should your product arrive to you damaged, you will be responsible for any return shipping and the shipping of the undamaged product. Absolutely crazy. Look elsewhere.

Product was not as advertised, when I tried to return I was offered 10%, 15%, 20% discounts over the span of 5 days, requesting a return address multiple times. Paying return shipping was cheaper with the discount. Eventually they said the return address was not available then went back to offering me a 10%, then 15% discount, now again 20% discount. No resolution yet, its been 15 days since my 1st return/refund request.

Rating: 0 stars. FOOLED ME. Like many others, I wish I would have looked up reviews on this place before ordering 4 pairs of shoes. ($164.72) A couple being Christmas gifts. I placed the order on 11/27/20 and here I am on 2/18/21 still waiting to receive them. I have emailed them several times and keep being told to wait patiently because they are being shipped overseas from China. My patience has run out and it’s been too long to report fraud through my bank to get my money back! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I wish I would have read these reviews prior to purchasing. I would give zero stars if it would let me. I Paid $75 on Jan 1st and still have received nothing. I have emailed them several times and they refuse to refund my money. I will be reporting them as fraud with my bank and hoping just to get my money back.

I paid almost $76 for two pairs of boots on Dec 26 and have still not received them. I have emailed several times and keep getting emails back about shipping being slow because of COVID and they will expedite my order. That was almost 2 weeks ago and still nothing. The tracking information says they were shipped on December 27th. I have now told them to cancel my order and refund my money. I didn’t realize I was ordering from China!!! The return address I saw was in Maryland. I would never order from them again!!!!

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. I ordered five pairs of shoes on December 14, 2020, and received four pairs of shoes February 15, 2021. In between that time I emailed their company multiple times. I kept getting the runaround about shipping, because my order wasn’t shipped until Jan 6th. I have emailed them multiple times now about missing a pair of shoes. Besides the horrible customer service, the product itself is not what you see in the pictures. You get a cheap version of what you see. Complete waste of money! Do not waste your time or money with this company, you will not get good customer service or a good product.

No no no. Please save your money. I order boots December 7th and it is February 14th and they are still somewhere in China. This is a total scam.

Well it looks like I should have read these reviews 1st.
6 weeks and still no delivery and no reply to bootzen via my paypal inquiry.
My paypal shows a payment and a bootzen website and address in Delaware, neither exists.

Total fraud. Don’t order. I. Was charged and never received shoes. Customer service doesn’t respond. Had to pursue charge back with credit card company.

Warning/Buyer Beware! Do NOT order anything from this company. They deserve zero stars! They will not give me my refund on the horrible, cheap, and toxic smelling shoes that they sent me. I returned the shoes and they will not give me back my money. They wanted me to keep the shoes and try to give them to somebody and they offered me a percentage off my next purchase. No thanks! The shoes belong in the trash! I keep having an email battle with them to get my refund but nothing so far. Forty something dollars shot to 💩. Lesson learned.
