Game changing gym gear. That hip thrust pad is no joke, I can’t believe the others even still exist with this on the market. Clips and wraps are smart and nice to have your own in the gym. The bands are such good quality, can’t even use the heavy one it’s that “heavy” which is exactly what you want.

A PT session with Jack is like training with your best mate! He's such a kind and understanding person but will really push you! I regret not training with him sooner.
He has also recently released his BOOTYCOACH gym products (lifting wraps, barbell pad, clips, ankle straps etc) all of which are of outstanding quality and will absolutely take your lifts the the next level.

I was skeptical as gyms scare me and never really bought into the personal trainer thing. I’ve always just done my own thing but Jack really took the time to show me better ways of doing things that aligned with my goals. Better ways that worked for me and I started seeing results in just a few weeks that I had previously been training months without. He really took the time to get to know why I had my goal and supports and encourages me every step I need too.

Would just like to thank Jack for his patience & professionalism when coaching myself and my daughter. His knowledge and understanding of the equipment and technique we are using so that we stay safe and get strong every session. We have only been with him a few weeks but i have lost 9lb in weight with his encouragement and we are both getting physically and emotionally stronger. We both look forward to our sessions but most importantly how much better we feel in ourselves afterwards. Thank you Jack , we are both very pleased.

I have been training with Jack now for five years or thereabouts. As an older person I was apprehensive about going to a gym but I needn’t have been worried. I always feel at ease and confident. Jack has an excellent knowledge base and I feel motivated and in safe hands. He is flexible and works through any problems with a skill set that means I can put my full trust in him. Jack is firstly one of the most lovely people and the least intimidating PT I’ve met. All of the banter yet super professional and knowledgable at the same time. My lifts have progressed so much in the last 8 months and he’s even been able to work around my super dodgy hip to ensure I am safe but also still getting the gains I have been lacking the last few years at the gym! He certainly knows his stuff and has massively increased my knowledge for outside of our sessions too☺️

I have trained with Jack for 2 years and can’t say enough good things. When I started I was underweight, quiet, insecure and down on life in general. Fast forward 2 years and I am a different person both physically and mentally. A fantastic PT but an even better friend 🫶🏼

Best coach !! Professional but always a good laugh with Jack. Makes training fun. Been with Jack for 2 years now and always look forward to my next session. Oh and the BC bottle is also the best !!
