Pleased with the photo! Came on time.

Very happy with communication

Took my disposable camera to Boots to develop, I assumed it’d be safe - that Boots would send my camera off for me and I could rely on them to get the photos back to me. Sales staff said that they say it takes 2 weeks but usually it’s 4. Went to collect after 2 weeks and was told to come back in another week. Went back after 3 weeks was told to come back in a week. Went back after 5 weeks but was told to come back the following week. I stood my ground and asked for them to be chased up - after they made a phone call it turned out that they lost my camera. The photos on that camera were very important to me and I’ll never get them back.

Never again will I use Boots to develop my photos. I suggest people do their research, unlike me, and send their disposable cameras somewhere reliable.

I waited a long time for my photo stickers to be printed and delivered (10 days) and when I finally got them I was a bit disappointed. Most of them did not come off the paper very well leaving behind bits of paper which clearly made my experience poor. Not really happy about it. I generally use the machines available in selected stores to print photos and stickers but unfortunately the sticky paper is not always available in stores.

Beautifully developed photo into a work of art. Easy to order and reasonable price. Happy memories brought to life.

You cut off the corners of the design. I cannot use the labels. Very disappointed with Boots.

Picture quality is good, but service & delivery very slow. In store systems often down, or out of the correct photo paper and a bit on the pricey side really.

The image I sent must've been slightly too big because the portrait photo I received had the top of the man's head off. Not a lot of good.

Do NOT recommend, especially collection from store!

Ordered a personalised photo gift and had the choice between more expensive home delivery or cheaper (but still paid-for) collection from a Boots store.

Expected collection from store to be easier, but rather than be collected - it turns out the item was delivered via Amazon to the Boots store, and has been attempted and failed multiple times. I’ve now been told if undeliverable again, it will be returned!

Why do Boots Photo offer collection from a Boots store, but use a separate delivery service that they don’t sign for.

Item is now well overdue and showing as undeliverable again.

Live chat on first occasion simply told me this was the case then disconnected me immediately. Second advisor was unable to resolve or assist.

Very disappointed and would NOT recommend Boots Photo at all!

Easy to order, on time delivery

easy to upload phots from laptop to your sight; make adjustments as I thought appropriate and the order arrived in very timely fashion.

Always good quality prints delivered within schedule. Thank you, Boots.

We created a photo book for our daughter's 30th birthday, with a page (or two) for every year of her life to date.
We were very happy with the end result, and she was delighted.
We took note of the reviews that mentioned delayed (Royal Mail) postal delivery for their orders, so had the book delivered to our local branch of Boots. It arrived well in time for her birthday.

Always the best company to print photos from!
