Easy to use website. Fast delivery and great quality.

I sent off on line one set and a second set of film to the local Boots store in Bath for developing.
I received my on line photos within a few days although advised there was a delay. These were of the usual good quality.
My photos have still not arrived at the store after 3 weeks by 11th June.
Have used both systems for many years.

I ordered photo prints of my new baby. They arrived cut to a really shoddy standard with white strips on the top. I sent photo evidence to customer service which they accepted... but said that for my refund, I had to destroy the photos and send them photographic evidence! I replied that this was a very strange request, but they insisted that for my refund I had to sit and cut up 200 photos of my newborn baby. I needed the refund so I complied, but this was altogether a bizarre and upsetting experience and I think I should receive an apology at the very least. I will not be ordering photos from Boots again.

Easy to order the canvas print and good quality printing, however the alignment wasn’t very good and so one side has a blank strip of canvas rather than the photo wrapping right around.

The thickness of the playing cards was not the same as regular cards. For the cost not too happy

The quality of the cushion is very poor. Material is thin and arrived with a broken zip. I have had several cushions from boots in the past, they were faux suede and excellent quality, none have faded and wash well , what a shame you have chosen a completely different cheap material.
The two stars are for the photo prints, and the only reason I kept the cushion, it was of my 6yr old dog who died of cancer.

The colours, the quality of the painting are truly amazing, and it arrived safely and really fast to my home address.

I've been waiting since May 22nd for a photo to be delivered to my local store. It is now June 10th.

It is highly disappointing that I pay for delivery, and it isn't exactly cheap, I get charged even to have it to a store and yet after three weeks it still isn't there.

This is why people don't use Boots anymore

I have always received an excellent service from Bootsphoto and
in particular a speedy email response to any queries.

Easy and efficient to upload and order prints via the website. Good quality prints too. Sadly the efficiency of the photo printing is let down by very slow delivery by Royal Mail. Boots should look into using a more efficient carrier.
