Very professional company
This is a very professional company.
I accidently ordered boots with the wrong size and asked for a refund.
They've refunded me my money within minutes and answered immediately on my mails.
I'll definitely order new shoes again on this website.
100% recommend.

Not a great experience
Initially boots and delivery fine. However 3 months in and boots have developed a fault the stud has snapped off. This company does not offer refunds on worn items. And Nike say this company is not an authorised seller so can't claim through them either! £250 for a pair of boots that have lasted 3 months is not great!!!

We are really sorry to hear that about your boots but unfortunately we do not offer a refund on any boots that have been used. We explicitly state on each product page and our returns policy that we are only able to guarantee the authenticity and that the boots have never been used. You can see this also on our FAQ here:

As a reseller of old and classic boots (some of which are up to 20 years old) we only underwrite that the boots are authentic and in the exact condition as described on our website. We are not a manufacturer and do not offer any warranties for the boots performance or longevity.
Our boots are sourced from collectors, professionals and resellers across the world so Nike would not accept these as a direct purchase from them - we don't purchase boots that are available from retailers to flip them for a profit but offer boots that are no longer available from retail.
We make sure that this is clearly stated on our returns policy as like all resellers we can only guarantee that our boots are authentic and offer refunds if our customers are not satisfied on arrival (and not used) for up to 14 days.
We do offer advice for our customers in order to help them do prior research on each model before purchase and we recommend that our customers do their own research too.
We do, however, wish to look after our customers long term so are willing to offer you a % discount on any future order as a good will gesture (if you would like a manufacturers warrantee then we recommend purchasing boots directly from the manufacturer who may be able to offer a warrantee directly for up to 2 years after construction).
I hope this helps and we're sorry once again that we can't help any more than this.

Our website states that any orders that require next day delivery must be placed before 1pm that day in order to reach you the following day.
As your order was made after 11pm your boots had to be shipped the following day.

At first i didnt trust this site for…
At first i didnt trust this site for getting football boots because the previous times i tried to order from a different site but i was scammed, so i was having trust issues but fortunately for this site...they answered my enquiries and also shows sign of proof that the boots are legit. And i am happy and glad to have the boots i wanted for so long:)

The best when looking for a Classic Football boot. Bought the Superfly IV although pricey it was worth it. Shipping was fast and customer service was amazing. Boots were authentic very happy with purchase, will definitely buy again.
