Popped into my local Boots store in Omni park centre today to stock up on my foundation because the 3 for 2 offer was currently on their no7 range, but my colour was out of stock, but thankfully a lovely store member called Sarah came to help me,and she ordered it for me and took my phone number so I will receive a text message as to when to collect it,what a lovely kind and helpful young lady Sarah is she is a credit to your company.
I've use boots website to order all the time. I often go in store too but if I can't find what I need in store I often find it online. I like the offers online and the variety of products. The only complaint I have is it let me order when a product was out of stock, by the time I realised it was a week later when my order arrived without it. I had to go online to find a similar product online and so I had to wait to receive it. This has only happened me once out of all the times I've ordered.
I am extremely satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the name of the girl has a nose piercing 😜 from Poland who works at Boots in Cork, but she was incredibly kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to assist me, and I have never met someone like her in Boots before.
She is not only very kind but also an excellent worker. She advised me on products professionally and made my experience truly pleasant. I am very grateful for her help.🥰i wish every workers are like her 🥰💓🥹🙏
Placed my order on 3rd of January. Stated delivery was the 9th of January. Paid for everything. Tuesday the 13th enquired as to approx when my ordered would be delivered and reply was pharmacist was reviewing it as I ordered Nuromol and to ring Liffey Valley pharmacy as that is where it is under review. Rang numerous times over a 5 hour period to eventually get a girl on phone who told me that they would get to it that evening as that was only thing delaying my 80 euro order. Rang again 2 days later and another girl was so rude on phone and said they will get to it when they get to it. This morning I woke up to a refund from them with no contact at all. It's a complete joke and unprofessional. I will never ever order here again. Stay away from them as now I know if I had read the reviews I would have seen how bad this company actually is. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Placed an order online for a perfume for Christmas which was late to arrive. Before placing the order I loaded my advantage card the same day with an offer that was €7 of points on over €70 spend. When I placed the order the points were not given to me. I emailed 2 times about it and got no answer. Emailed again a couple days ago and now received the answer that because 30 days has passed the points cannot be added. When I argued about the time spent to answer me, they also included that the offer has already expired when I placed the order, even though I ordered the same day and even when emailing them the offer was still on.
Disguising customer support, sending the same bot emails and not taking care of any issue. Especially, customer care rep Megan

I’m based in Ireland and purchased an electric toothbrush from Boots Ireland. The product arrived with a 2-pin shaver plug, which is not usable in most Irish homes as many residential bathrooms do not have shaver sockets. This was not clearly disclosed at the point of purchase.
The issue could have been resolved very easily with a low-cost adaptor, but customer service relied on repeated template responses and refused any goodwill solution. After considerable back-and-forth, the only option offered was return for refund. Very disappointing handling.

Very negative experience with online order. I placed my order on the 6th of January and I was informed that delivery date to my local Boots will be 10th of January. I've contacted Boots support on the 10th, as I needed those products as a gift the following day, and I was told to wait another 7 days for the order to be received. Today is 13th and still not a sign of my order. I definitely won't be ordering in Boots ever again as this is extremely unreliable.

Ordered Christmas gifts for a 12 year to be collected as advised on 23rd Dec in Golden island athlone store. No items there on arrival and was told they would not be delivered until 27th of December. Was lucky as the items were in store so was advised to purchase items and then money from online purchase would be refunded.
Still waiting on money to be returned despite 5 phone calls to customer service.Rang this morning 13th of January and was told it could be up to another 14 days before receiving it despite being told the same story on the 27th of December.Avoid shopping online with Boots Ireland would be my recommendation

Buying from boots stores in person and online has always been a terrible experience for me. When buying online on two different occasions my click and collect orders got lost it was a nightmare trying to get a refund I had to make multiple calls to their store and their technical support this went on for weeks. When I bought items for home delivery they arrived over two weeks late and the packaging was damaged. I often went to their stores and some of the staff are unhelpful and they act like they don't even want to be working there. One time I was asking where can I find a particular product in their store and the staff member was almost unwilling to answer any of my questions. Not recommended

Probably the worst customer service I've ever encountered. They apologise over and over, and tell you they can't do anything over and over and over again. Their prices are extortionate, even when they have the "€12 Tuesday".
Keep away and support Irish-owned companies

Horrible customer service. Never actually experienced anything like them.
Will never step foot in a boots again. Ordered over a hundread euro worth of products. They told me they were shipped. Three weeks later, nothing had arrived. They blamed An Post.
They never shipped the items. i had to wait a further three weeks to be refunded while they carried out their investigation. Would LOVE to hear how that investigation went.

Ordered Christmas presents on 13th December and they have STILL not arrived. I contacted Boots customer service on multiple occasions trying to get this resolved only to be told they "will look into it". No proactivity on their part whatsoever to resolve the issue. It's been left to me to chase them time and time again. I now have to raise a chargeback request with my bank as Boots are now telling me it could take 14 working days to "look into it" and process a refund if they determine one is required. And a further 3-5 working days for the refund to then appear in my account. I can honestly say, I will never ever, ever shop with Boots every again. They are a disgrace to deal with.

You cancelled part of my order without telling me why. These were Christmas presents that were guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas and they weren’t. Very disappointed
