I purchased the luggage rack for extra capacity in my wife's MX5. She didn't want a permanently fitted one or the sort that fitted with straps. This was the perfect answer. We first used it to travel to Manchester airport. It was blowing a gale and pouring down. It didn't budge an inch. Brilliant. Have used it a couple of times since with the same result. Cannot recommend it enough. Well made, sturdy and looks good. 👌

Good support for missing Parts submission

The Revo Rack leaves ring marks on my paint protection film (PPF) in less than 10 minutes being on the car even after moistening the cups well as instructed. I'm inclined to think that if I didn't have PPF on my car, the ring marks could have permanently affected the paint. I'm also concerned that given enough time, there's a risk the ring marking may penetrate through the film that I have installed. At any rate, I don't want to test it [on my bare paint]. It's otherwise an innovative product and seems to hold firm and is easy to remove. It's however not capable of staying on the car for more than 2 hours without being checked for adequate suction as the instructions say, so having to stop that frequently on a long road trip to check it is not very convenient. After purchase, I also got to thinking about the possible liability I'd incur if this falls off the car and causes a vehicle behind me to have an accident, plus the likely loss of my property attached. This is something I'm likely to use rarely, but a good capability to keep on hand if I need to move something a reasonable distance without any worry of detachment. I would recommend using as instructed and expect the chance it leaves some ring marks on PPF. *Note - this review has been edited after the assurances received below, from 2 star rating to 4. ** Second update: upon further discovery, it seems that the self-healing properties of my PPF, activated by a few days of sun & heat exposure, have adequately removed all traces of these ring marks. Despite the PPF healing based only on the cups being on the boot lid for 10 minutes, I am increasing my rating to 5 stars as a benefit of the doubt, but I think my review is still relevant in helping customers know what to expect immediately if they have PPF on their cars. I would also encourage Boot-bag to study how well the rack can stay on a car with PPF vs no PPF.

Well I haven’t actually installed my rack yet. Waiting for the Motortrend HRPT 2023 to start on June 12 in Atlanta GA.
But I can verify that so far my experience has been great! Online ordering was simple, shipping from UK to south Alabama was effortless. Arrived on time and was packaged to protect. It appears to be well built with strong materials. Everything they advertised has been true, so I praying the suction cups don’t scratch my perfect, original Torch red paint job on my stock 1995 convertible vette. I promise if I receive damage I will update my review asap.

Packaging went awry, with loose washers and screws floating around carboard packaging but, thankfully, all were still present and correct.

We used the Sky luggage rack this past week for a 2000 mile round trip vacation. I did put a safety strap on it just to make sure. It never loosened up. We carried 2 folding camp chairs and dirty laundry in a dry bag on it. It worked great.

PERFECT…..!

Needed a very specific rack for our BMW Z4 and the staff answering phone were very helpful and more importantly knowledgeable in answering questions and certainly seemed to know their stuff. We have now used the rack on a weeks holiday in France and it performed perfectly and was easy to take on and off. Very impressed with a professional company basically dead chuffed.

I am completely satisfied for the product.
I just arrived from a trip to Barcelona and back (almost 1800 km) and the rack exceeded any expectations.
The finishing and details are very accurate and the rack did not damage the car at all. I installed it on a BMW 123d coupe, I was not sure that could fit on its trunk since the website only shows application on convertible cars. However, thanks to the support of Antony who gave me the right dimension we would be able to check before the purchase.
