Lifetime boost was purchased then was taken away after a couple months. The ticket in their discord support server has not been responded to a single time after 2 months of repeated contact.

No Boosts, scam

The site promises delivery of boosts in 30 seconds. I didn’t receive anything, I wrote to their support on April 27, I never received a response.

I wrote to the general chat in Discord and ticket for 6 days, completely ignored.

Be careful and don't buy boosts from them.

I am very disappointed and quite upset

I am very disappointed and quite upset, really. I ordered their "lifetime boost" option for "30 boosts" and paid using cryptocurrency.

On the customer side, the website advertises instant delivery of the boosts after payment is completed. I sent payment, it was validated, and my order was marked completed - but I did not receive the product (boosts).

Their storefront uses a third party e-commerce storefront called "Sellix" - the only way I was able to discover that I needed to wait for the boosts to be "manually confirmed/sent" for a "lifetime boost" order was by signing into the Sellix side of the storefront, and see it noted at the bottom of my order in an order note - this information only being visible post-purchase and additionally, not typically visible unless a customer was able to manually sign into their "Sellix" account to see this. Otherwise, any other customer would not have this information at all and would be left seemingly empty-handed without a product delivery.

So, sure, whatever, I need my order manually delivered. Fine. I joined their support Discord server, opened a ticket, and received virtually no response from their support staff for quite some time.

After 48+ hours, I did not receive a response from their higher-level staff, who, from my understanding, would be able to deliver my order. However, I did receive responses from their first-tier support staff.

After a few "reminder" pings to the higher level staff, and approaching almost 72+ hours from my original order, their first tier staff responded with, "Hey, sorry you didn’t clarify this is a lifetime boost order...[truncated]" which is an unusual response given I provided my order ID in my support ticket - which can be looked up by their support team. I'm unsure why they would pass blame onto the customer in this case.

After some time later, I requested a refund. Still no response on this.

As of today, their website is now showing a "account suspension" notice, indicating they are having some form of a (potential?) terms of service violation with their website host.

Overall, it was a poor experience, and I would not suggest anyone use this service. Look elsewhere.

Side note, the "lifetime boosts" product lasts for 3 months before needing a "renewal" which requires the customer to open a support ticket in their Discord server and request another delivery of the product (free of charge). If I have to go through this experience every time I need boosts delivered - that's a firm no from me. I don't have time to chase them around every 90 days to get the product I paid for - this is another thing that is not advertised pre-purchase. You only discover this post-purchase.

Lastly, I'm still waiting on a refund, so at this point, all things considered, I would consider this a scam as the product still has not been delivered, either.

UPDATE:
As of now, they are refusing a refund referencing their "terms of service" which state a "strict no-refunds policy" of which violates consumer protection laws. They are only offering "store credit" to which I have declined, as I no longer desire the service.

I requested a refund before anything had been delivered, yet they're holding to their "strict no-refund" policy. I do not see any reason for this other than that this service is a scam. I do not understand why this company refuses to refund a customer when nothing has been delivered. There is zero loss.
