We're sorry to hear that you feel that way Seth. We measure the capacity of our canisters through one second inhalations. Those numbers do not reflect the number of uses you will get out of each can. How long each can lasts depends on how often it is being used, how long the trigger is being held down for at a time, etc. That is why we use one second inhalations as opposed to a specific number of uses when detailing how long each size will last. The number of uses is going to be different for everyone due to the fact that not every customer uses the canisters the exact same way. We hope that you find this information helpful.

We have a large number of customers who use our products for different reasons. People will use it to combat altitude sickness in higher altitude areas, to recover from aerobic performance (running, working out, etc.) and to help catch their breath. There are many uses for supplemental oxygen and it has been around long before our company was founded. Our customers are not stupid. You should take some time to read through the reviews and see for yourself what our customers are using the product for and how it has helped them. Super Effective for Elderly Parents Visiting at High Altitudes
Bought several canisters of Boost Oxygen for my 80+ year old parents who were traveling to the Denver area for the holidays. Between the sub-freezing temperature, and the high elevation, I was worried about them. Boost came in VERY handy and was instrumental to their being able to increase their blood oxygen levels throughout the trip. So thrilled I bought it and that it proved so effective.

Two weeks after ordering
Two weeks after ordering, my card has been charged, but neither me nor FedEx have seen any sign of my order. Phone calls go to voice-mail and emails go unanswered.
I recently saw these cans in Lowes and was very surprised after picking one up. There is literally NOTHING inside them. Any other gaseous product I buy has some slosh, or weighs a little more because it is compressed, but this stuff weighs nothing - which makes me wonder what justifies the $15.99 shipping? I can't judge the 'product' because I haven't seen two weeks after my order but my instincts have screamed 'scam' since I started looking at this product.

Oxygen is a gas and has very little weight so you're not going to feel anything from shaking the can around. All of our products are lightweight because of this. We are not sure when you tried to call but we are closed on the weekends and we were closed this past Monday due to the holiday. We are open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM EST. All of our canisters contain 95% pure aviators breathing oxygen. The other 5% is ambient air. The purpose of our product is to make recreational oxygen more accessible to the general public. If you wanted to purchase an oxygen tank or an oxygen concentrator, you would need a prescription from your doctor and it could get very expensive. We provide portable canisters of oxygen that are lightweight, easy to use and accessible to anyone. Hopefully you find this information helpful.

Great product, definitely recommend
I bought this for my mom recently- she has COPD and sometimes can’t catch her breath. I thought we’d give it a try. She loves the product and I tried it myself. I thought it was pretty great. I’m always so stinking tired… my 5 awesome children wear me out sometimes. I felt a bit more energy after using it. It beats the 2 unhealthy Red Bulls I drink daily and is far safer and healthier. And I can’t help myself- I read the 1 star reviews and some were absolutely ridiculous. Like the person who blamed this company for her grandpa dying because “his oxygen thingy stopped working.” Can’t make this stuff up, folks. That’s terrible he passed on but if people would bother reading about this product, it is not intended for medical use and cures. It’s recreational oxygen. If you’re having a medical emergency as far as not being able to breathe, I say if this your only option, use the product. But that’s not the intended use. Just had to throw that out there. I’m all about defending good companies with good products from those who don’t bother to research the products first.
