The Boopos team has been exceptional to work with over the course of two separate SaaS acquisitions. They have been professional, friendly, and readily available throughout the closing process. Transcending their role as a lender, I've found Boopos to also feel like a partner on the deal. Highly recommend.

My experience with Boopos was great. Firstly, they inform you of the lending amount that you are approved for upfront which makes the searching progress more productive. Simply put, Boopos is a financial partner who wants you to win. The team was very engaged from the beginning and prompt to respond to queries along the way. The closing and fund transfer process is the quickest I've seen relative to traditional lenders, where the service isn't personalized nor fully transparent. Overall, I was impressed by the Boopos team and their ability to deliver. I look forward to doing business with them on more acquisitions.

I recently worked with Boopos on an acquisition with a short timeline. I looked at several options (Bank loan, SBA, factoring, etc..) but Boopos was the only option that would work for both the acquisition target and timeframe.

Working with their team over several weeks to go through application, underwriting, terms, approval and funding was fast, communicative and a pleasure to work with. I was surprised at how clear the process was compared to an SBA loan, especially given how new the company is to the space.

I was very happy with my experience with their team, up and down their org chart. Many of my emails were answered by the executive teams. I'd gladly use them in the future and would recommend any entrepreneur give them a look as their are a welcome option for financing a purchase.
