I booked a taxi and welcome meet requesting the taxi driver show my name. Nobody at arrivals was there to meet me when I arrived. After running around the airport for 40 mins security helped me find the taxi driver. I was met by a group of shifty guys hanging around who told me to wait in the corner. I decided there is no chance in hell I will trust my safety to these guys. I then got an airport taxi that is 30% cheaper, government approved.
What stands out is that all client requests will be ignored, the welcome sevice is a con and false advertising. You are paying 30% more for an unprofessional and unreliable service.
Booking.com dont care what they offer to stay in. Legal or not legal property for holiday let they don't care ,just take the money. Dreadful company with little morals.
Terrible experience. I got a suite to rent I got there before noon. The room was empty but dirty nothing was done. I understood at the end I was before 12. I wait I left almost 1 the cleaner never showed. Called me around 6 to asked if I was checking out. I said NO. I paid 4 days and I supposed to check in at noon and look at the time. He did not vacuum just took the garbage out and put a box sheet for bedding and a convertor fold it by the end of the bed and no key for the suite. The next day I go out and when I got back some stuff was inside the closet in my room, lights on, TV on. I called the host Never answered, left messages on Booking. However couldn't talk with anyone. I want my money back. This is a terrible experience. Not just from the host also from Booking.com
