Did not turn up for viewing. Adverting as working through a high st estate agents when I rang estate agent the property wasn’t even available and they knew nothing about it. Disgrace treating people this way.

Very efficient and useful service and good follow up. However, I was obtaining valuations for probate services and I found a couple of the valuations optimistically high.

A bit pointless
From a buyers perspective - The website looks nice but looks can only get you so far. The 'unique features' it claims to offer are just marketing gimmicks that are pointless and ineffective. At the end of the day, an estate agent / vendor will sell a house to whoever wants to pay the most. Simple as that. There are no shortcuts or hidden secrets to get ahead, despite what this website suggests. If anything, you are putting yourself at a disadvantage by using this website as it has a fraction of the properties that are available on Rightmove.

Waste of time.
Waste of time.. im calling plenty of agents, most don't even know of booming, loads of ads I applied for are not even available/ rented out already, yet weeks on weeks the ads are still up. No one replys. I think the site is just a Pile of Shiite really. Don't waste your time. Let me not get started on the customer service.
