Just received my leggings absolutely fantastic and they fit perfectly shipping was only just over 2wks definitely will b buying more great

After receiving leggings found out they were too small. Impossible to try to return them. After sending multiple emails they replied weeks later stating they won't accept my return. Terrible business

Terrible quality and customer service. Only giving one star as it's compulsory, they don't deserve any. I emailed on 13/02, same day the leggings arrived, stating I wanted to return them as poor quality and fit. Finally got a reply on 25/02 saying they are unable to process a return as the order was shipped correctly. Trading standards clearly states any item ordered online can be returned within 14 days with no explanation. I replied same day asking for this to be escalated and requesting response within 5 working days. Today is 06/03 and still nothing so I will now escalate. I can see from reviews that some people are happy and some are not. I would advise DO NOT RISK IT. If there is a problem you are screwed!

I attempted to return a pair of leggings I just received yesterday, for poor quality. The email address supplied by the company seems to be invalid. I attempted several times to contact the company with the email they suggest on their website but each attempt was returned for "undeliverable address"

Massive fraud company. Do not waste your money.

Placed my first(and only) order 2/18/26, received a confirmation email not long after, be sure to check junk and spam. However 6"working" days later no shipped email, there is no way to track an order on their website, I emailed customer service days ago about not being able to check an order status, but 0 reply.

If there was an option for zero stars that’s what I would choose I placed and order last Friday for a confirmation email stating I would receive a tracking number within 5 days, it’s going on 8 days I have emailed them numerous amounts of times but have not heard back, I am now trying to dispute the charge with my bank for not receiving the product as stated

Bought 2 pairs. No email with tracking to say they were on the way but they did arrive thrown on my front doorstep whilst i was out.
They are really small fitting so wanted to send them back - sent 4 emails in total but no reply so lost £52 as after 14 days u cannot return them

Money taken, email states you’ll get a tracking number within 5 days. 3 weeks later I’ve had no response to my emails and still no leggings. Total scam. I’m calling my bank to try and get money back through them.

SCAM- paid over a week ago, not heard from them since, support email address doest exist !

My wife ordered a pair of large trousers and when they arrived they wouldn't have even fit our 9 year old daughter they were tiny. Trying to email them they don't respond EVER, can't get a refund even though UK law permits it. She paid by bank card and will be visiting her bank to get a claw back.

no response from multiple emails sent after making an order, nobody responds to email queries so if you have a problem after making an order there is no way to try and resolve it AVOID!

No stars !!! They scammed me. I ordered 3 months ago and no leggings!!! I emailed them. They email address come out and not delivered not found email.

I bought some for my wife over a month ago, they've never turned up?

Sadly, as others have stated, complete and utter shambles. Over a week now, payment obviously taken, no dispatch nor shipping update, no response when contacting their customer service. Have given a final 24 hours for them to respond then will take a case out via credit card company as it seems this is a regular occurrence for them.

Do not order from these guys. A complete scam. Package comes from china. Size are totally wrong and are nothing like as advertised. They say you can return them which is great. If only they let you have an address to return the to would be even better.

Order 2 pairs for my wife. Took over a week to arrive. Product was not what we were expecting and didn't offer any lift or extra support. I have tried to return the good but there is no procedure on their website to do this. I have emailed several times without response. I'm beginning to think that's it's either a scam or they are in about to go into admin. DEFINITLY AVOID

Very poor customer service. I received my order and had a problem with it. I have emailed the company four times with no response.

Right…..I wish to be fair. Having had several orders before I have had no issues. Unfortunately on the recent purchase I have had a delivery issue. I have e-mailed the company several times but they fail to reply. So as customer service goes in response to direct contact it is shocking. So a negative review in hope this is read by the company to encourage some basic customer service response to resolve the problem.

Pants got a big tear after just 2 months, have tried to contact them daily for 2 weeks but no answer.
