Hi, you ordered, with free shipping. When you choose to ship for free we pay the cost for the cheapest option to send to your area / address, which is regular postal mail service and since you are living in Portugal and we ship from Belgium it can take up to 2 weeks or longer to receive your package.
If you would like to receive the package faster or be able to track real-time you have the option to pay for a shipping method with tracking and delivery within 2-5 days.
Over ten days from purchase
Over ten days from purchase, and no tracking number was sent. Still don't know if the parcel was shipped or not! No replies to my emails.
