Waiting since May for my order that’s SIXXXXX MONTHHHHSSS!!!!!!!!! Total farce of a company no one on customer service I’ve sent scores of complaints and emails!

Ordered June 2024. No goods and 20 emails later still no refund. Impossible to actually talk to anybody or get a personal reply.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
They used to be good as I have purchased before and had no problems. It seems problems started in June 2024!

Emailed 3 times for the status of my item and contacted on Facebook. No replies regarding my bone delivery. Will be contacting my bank for a refund

I ordered a product over a month ago n it still hasn't arrived I have emailed and messaged but no reply about when it was shipped. I went in this site becz thought was trust worthy but it isn't it's a lie and only wants take ya money dnt order of them

Terrible company it’s now been 6 weeks impossible to get a response from don’t waste your money

Order was placed and still says processing with no change to status, despite it being a couple of weeks since ordering.
I've tried contacting customer service several times and never receive a response. Will now have to dispute the transaction. Poor poor customer service and waste of time.

I contacted boombod after opening the product and seeing that the BBE is 2021. They wouldn’t give me a refund but insisted that they send me a new box with different flavours which I said I wanted a refund. They requested a picture of the product as it was crystallised and still insisted I could use it bearing in mind BBE was 2021 . Do not buy this product they just want your money . They do not give a refund and send you even though they are at fault in sending out of date sachets. This post will soon be deleted by Boombod as they have requested to reply on trustpilot to which I won’t be allowing them as they are refusing to give my money back . Another post like this has been deleted by another customer. They are buying customers to write reviews .

I purchased this to lose a few pounds before an event. I suffer from bloating and snack a lot during the day so needed that extra help. I lost 2lb in a week and my stomach bloating decreased so I could look my best in the dress I bought. Would buy again.

Honestly, I was beginning to think I was going to give up with dieting and weight loss and then I saw an AD for BOOMBOD, I decided to give it a try. Well I couldn't believe that it actually worked, I tried the blackcurrant flavour which was really nice. I really noticed how much it worked as I didn't eat as much at each meal. I lost 6lbs on the 7 day achiever which I was VERY happy about!!!
I will definitely be getting another box.

Excellent product that does exactly what it says if used correctly. I used a box before my holiday and it reduced bloating and helped me to lose weight and get into shape before going away. You get even better results when used alongside regular exercise. Boombod not only helps you to shed those extra pounds but it also increases energy and curbs cravings. Would highly recommend and will be using again! I tried the blackcurrant flavour and it tastes amazing, you will want to drink it all the time!

Was a bit sceptical at the beginning, however how wrong I was. -6lbs in the 1st week and 4 in the 2nd. No hunger pains or craving for rubbish food! Perfect to kickstart my weight loss again. Go and buy.

It’s not a laxative - like some others, far from it. Can’t recommend enough

First time trying boombod i had the blackcurrant. It worked amazing for me I started taking boombod on Monday for seven days. I lost 1 stone I didn’t have any cravings and the weight just fell off. I love using boombod and would highly Recommend to anyone who wants to lose weight. I used the 7 day achiever morning, afternoon and night with a small amount of water like a shot and I am very happy with the results I will continue to support boombod and can’t wait to loose more weight this product is truly amazing.

DID NOT WORK !! Waste of time and money which wasn’t cheap. Gave feedback to customer service after being promised a refund and still waiting. I would avoid at all costs

I love Boombod and regularly use it. All the flavours taste great, easy and simple to make up, helps to banish cravings between meals and gives you that extra help to lose a few pounds and bloating. What more could you ask for!

I tried boombod years ago and lost two stone using it, I've gained since and losing again seeing results in just a week! Not to mention I order blackcurrant flavour which tastes amazing! So easy to use and to follow and easy to swollow ( due to the nice taste )
