Made two bookings. First time j turned up they did not have my appointment but squeezed me in, however the result was an unsatisfying treatment. I assumed this was probably a one off mix up so next time I called the day before my advanced booked appointment to verify. They did not have me booked in. Both times I received a confirmation email. The kicker is I have paid for the second none existent booking and have tried calling, facebook and emails and have still had no response! Will have to force a refund through my bank now which takes a lot of time and effort.
In short zero organisation and customer service, plus they steal your money. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS WEBSITE.

Fantastic experience!!
Needed an urgent appointment to have my nails manicured for my nieces wedding .As it is not something I usually have done I had no idea where to start,this company helped no end.I would definatly use them again and recommend them to my family and friends.Great job!!
