My yoga retreat in Corfu got cancelled. They were most helpful in insuring that I received my refund. They were responsive and professional.

I asked for advise / recommendation on something not directly related to yoga and the reply was quick and precise, very much appreciated

STAY AWAY from this site, as they will NOT help you, nor solve your issues, if you have problems with a booking.
We booked, and payed a deposit, for a yoga training course for 3 people at Navarudga school of yoga, but was rejected by the school.
For weeks and weeks we desperately mailed BookYogaTeacherTraining to help us solve this matter and move us to another venue.
BUT they NEVER helped us, all their mails sad "we are waiting for our team to solve this, please be patient". But they NEVER came up with a solution, no action, NOTHING!!
They are keeping our deposit, ignoring our mails, and giving us a dance for our money!
Completely UNtrustworthy, scamming and cheating site. We also mailed tripaneer headoffice in Amsterdam - but they too never replied.
We now have contacted the European Consumer Centre to get out money back.

Set me up with a school that IS A SCAM. They website said I would pay $365 upon arrival. Instead, I was cornered and pressured to pay $750 immediately. The school building with all described did not exist. After WAITING for a taxi pick-up at the airport in the pouring rain (they messed up the pick up time), I was brought to a dirty, unsafe hostel, with no yoga school and left there alone. There was a man who pressured me to send him money, and literally nothing else. I left on my own the next morning. They refused to help, refused to refund my money because I "cancelled" the trip. HOWEVER, after I flew to the location, the trip DID NOT EXIST. Complete and utter bs.

As soon as I’d booked through this site a friend of mine warned me that they were bad news. Unfortunately I had to cancel my trip so I contacted the yoga school who said that ‘Book Yoga Teacher Training’ would give me a voucher to use for an alternative trip but when I asked them if they would do that they said no such luck. I wrote more of a scathing review but have since amended it- After this was posted they did offer me a voucher for the amount of my deposit, but only after this review was posted.

This site is a terrible middle man for booking yoga teacher training. I booked and had to cancel a 200 hr YTT because I had a death in the family and they wouldn't even give me store credit. Luckily the yoga school, Yandara Yoga Institute, went above and beyond and offered me store credit with them without my asking. I would strongly recommend doing your own research or if you find a YTT you like through their site book directly with the school.

Edit: Response to reply - Neither the customer service rep nor the yoga school knew that so it seems like you might need to improve the companies communication.

From the customer's perspective, the fact that this detail was only revealed when I posted a bad review, comes off like the company is waiting to share this until the customer raises the alarm bells rather than making it clearly known upfront so customers get the best service. I hope this is a one-off mistake but I want to make sure you as a company are aware so if you truly are committed to doing the right thing you can fix this internally and if not, customers are aware.

Just completed my YTT 200hr Kundalini at the World Peace Yoga school online. Was the most enjoyable and life changing experience. Amazing course. I highly recommend. Great content, wonderful teachers, authentic and great structure.
You won’t be disappointed.

Found a great 200 hr online yoga teacher training course with living yoga school through book yoga teacher training. Great site with loads of courses to choose from. Makes choosing a course easy!!

It was an excellent experience .all the teachers are very expert and helpful. I cant wait to join another class. highly recommended .

I booked a Yoga teacher training with Paramanand Institute of Yoga in Indore, India through them. While I was there, at the Paramanand Institute, I signed up and payed for a Yoga Therapy Course over $5000, that was in August 2019. The course was supposed to start in January 2020. In December 2019 I requested a full refund, complying with the Paramanand Institute refund policies, because I could not travel to India in January 2020. Today is August 2nd, 2020, I still did not receive my refund. After reaching out for help to BookYogaTeacherTraining Tripaneer, they replied that according to Paramanand Institute, the full refund was already transferred to me. It was not. I asked them to provide me with supporting documentation, showing the transaction. Every time a different staff replied that they will pass the information to the manager in charge of Paramanand Institute of Yoga. After I asked them to provide me with the manager's information, so I can contact and interact with him directly, they said that they can not do that and I should continue to communicate with Paramanand Yoga Institute.

UPDATE
On August 20th, 2020 my credit card posted a partial refund of $2,671.84.
I am grateful to John Kepner, MA, MBA, C-IAYT, Executive Director of International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT). After I reached out for help to him, he contacted Paramanand Institute and within a day, on August 14th, Paramanand contacted me to let me know that their Indian Bank has transfered the partial refund on August 10th, 2020.
I am still awaiting the rest of the refund. Will write an update.

Very easy to book and were helpful when I wanted to change course.

What was supposed to be a lovely experience turn out to be a ripoff from their side and an extremely bad start after excepting the charge of €840 deposit for a retreat that they don't actually run. Their poor and scornful customer service has provided fake solutions when I ask for a refund. Not recommend it at all, please stay away from this deceitful company.
