amazing service provided thank you so much

Scam. I agreed to pay £46 for a theory test but they tried taking £1922 from my account. Had to report it for fraud.
I cannot understand how this webpage is still running .
They are thieves

it was not clear that this is not the DVLA as it was top in google to book a theory test - it is double the price to the dvla and within minutes of the transaction I asked for my money back so no service was delivered and 48 hours later I have heard nothing.

Absaloute scam DO NOT USE IT
Not only have they bumped the prices up to £55, but they have also not delivered what they say they deliver so I wish I had of looked at the reviews before hand but it’s too late now how Google is putting it at the top of the search for theory test booking let alone it being a website. DO NOT USE.

No response when I requested a refund tried 4 x nothing very sad these people prey on young people disgraceful behaviour

SCAM!!! Your theory is not £45 it’s £23, I have been scammed with no response from this company! AVOID

If there was a minus star I would put it. This was booked thinking was legit for my sons driving theory test. Nope how wrong! completed the online forms and never received a response, just taken the money and run! The test date didn't even exist, which discovered 2 days after! No contact telephone number either! Just one email full of links!! Which DO NOT click on! This has been reported

Avoid booking with these fraudsters, if anyone has experienced problems with this website "BookTheoryTestToday".
you can contact the relevant authorities such as The Trading Standards Department, Action Fraud, the Advertising Standards Authority, consumer rights and your bank to report it as a SCAM!

Citizens advice would be another option too.

Also, you can report their emails to: Report at phishing gov uk

Breaching the Data Protection Act 2018.

Book via the gov. uk website instead.

Def don’t use. They do not help or give a good service. They rip you off
Thinking you would be able to get a test quicker definitely not.
Then when you ask for your money back. Due to booking with another company. They do not reply and give any after service either.
They are out just to get easy money off people. So they had 45 pound off me without evening getting a booking for the test.
STAY AWAY. SCAM

My daughter got ripped of by this compony £49 the test dosent even cost this much. No phone number to contact them and ask for money back.
These scum don't even have phone number as the one they advertise is a number short.

Hello 'BookTheoryTestToday,' if you will not communicate with me, I am obliged to submit the following for the general public: Don't use this site. Use the official government site. I have only given a star because there is no option to give none. Don't waste your money. The reviews found on Trustpilot that are similar to mine ring true. The others, I assume, are written by the company itself or friends of the same. Don't waste your time with this company.

The reason you lost your money to this completely dodgy company is because you weren't careful enough.
The reason you won't get your money back is because you are lazy or jaded.

Look at the good reviews and what they have in common.

This company is horrid. They want your money, and will give you nothing for it. They have given Google money to stay on the search, and at the top. Google have most likely received a large number of complaints. They are still at the top of the search on Google. Google is not your friend.

Someone on this site wrote of going to citizens advice about this cheating company. It's thanks to them I persisted.

They will offer you some of the money back. Don't fall for anything else again. Just know that after a few emails of being polite and firm... you will win. And you will never fall for a scam again.

Remember that you can always go to or phone citizens advice.
