Great service and extremely happy with my nails and powder brows

Love how easy the app is to use, being able to upload your own photos is fabulous… the digital loyalty cards is also really cool and I love the different marketing tools. The response time from Customer service is very efficient.
Overall… I love the look of the app, the ease of use of the Booksy Biz App so much that I don’t see myself using a different app ever for running my hair studio.

They publish fake listings on their site and steal customers money via deposits . Do not trust this website.

I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with Booksy. They published a fake listing impersonating my business ( Alexander Salon Spa in Brookline) , using my name and details to scam my customers. The impersonator is asking for deposits, and people are sending money thinking they’re booking with my real business.

I immediately contacted Booksy, provided full documentation including my business license, and yet they did nothing. No action, no response, and no accountability. This is unacceptable for a company that handles payments and represents businesses online.

To anyone considering using this app—be careful. Booksy does not verify listings properly and their brand and support team are completely unresponsive even in serious fraud cases. This experience has hurt my business reputation and my customers’ trust.

I’m posting this to warn others —this kind of negligence puts real businesses and real people at risk.

booksy does not screen their seller's case in in point i had an issue with one of their seller who i contacted for a appointment One of the worse unprofessional lady I ever met . Marked the service complete even though she never did my hair and still charged me a fee of $60 late fee though she was late rude and had a very aggressive attitude and calling the customer a liar . I blame Booksy for the bad experience as people use their platform to gain customers it definitely needs a better screening of the clients as anyone call sell their services on Booksy. my advice is find businesses with an actual website and not use third parties like booksy to look for services as i am of $60 for a cancellation fee in which the seller cancelled while i was sitting for an appointment and snatched the towel from my neck and told me to get out

Second time Booksy have fukd a massage appointment at Kalm, Huddersfield... absolute 🤡 must have a vendetta against the place

Booksy is a scam, avoid it at all costs. I booked an appointment, showed up and the salon does not even exist. They took my deposit and I could not even get hold of the company. Boosky is the worst app I ever used.

Absolutely appalled at the level of care Booksy provide. The staff are very friendly but useless when it comes to resolving issues. I have just spent nearly an hour on the phone, waiting on hold for the majority of the call whilst they offered me no solution, except a call back, which I doubt will happen. I do not recommend this system to other salon owners, go to another provider who is actually willing to help urgently when the business is in need. Customers booking on old prices and Booksy not able to edit prices for said appointments, offering me no option to do it on the main account! Avoid at all costs.

Booksy deserves zero stars. I never even got any services from this website, ended up paying exaggerated fees. Be careful before booking with this company as the stylist have included hidden fees as well when booking. No one should have to tip a stylist an amount before any service is provided, an a tip is up to the client discretion.

Very easy to navigate

I was skeptical about using Booksy. Well, I really didn't want to pay monthly for something I can do myself. I must say that Booksy is really great. My clients are satisfied, and the reports are very useful. I would recommend Booksy to all of my friends in the industry.

Tried importing our 6500 client list per their directions on a spreadsheet, didn't work. Tried chatting customer service and it took 13 minutes for the person to even ask for me to upload it. Such a waste of time!

Taking money out of my account for referring friends through while paying for boosts, and they are ignoring the issue which leads to £100's

Do not sue Boost services is my advice and I never will again its a scam

I love the fact that is very simple for my clients to book an appointment. Booksy is awesome!!

I use Booksy in my business (Tax Preparation) every day. It is very user friendly for me to input the clients data and also for the client to put in their own data. I like that it sends out a reminder to the client about their appointment.
I also use booksy to make appointments with my Barber.

Pretty simple to use

Cancelled and rebooked an appointment. Appointment in effect for less than a minute before date was corrected. The following day booksy took the fee from my bank.
They now advise me to "reach out" to my bank or business.
Pointless contacting these hand washers.

Terrible experience. The app constantly crashes and has never worked a single day without issues. We’re now urgently looking to switch because it’s clear the company doesn’t listen to client feedback. Updates are rare, and when they do happen, they only make minor cosmetic changes instead of fixing the real problems. Very disappointing.
