I've been using Booksteam as my scheduling tool for my Pilates studio several years. As my business grows this tool keeps accompanying me and my new teachers and new clients. It's simple and efficient. The technical and sales team are available for assistance. It's wonderful know there are dedicated people supporting this tool! They always answer my inquiries quickly and helpfully.

Over the years booksteam has stayed the same and not made any improvements. Some basic features do not reflect todays needs. If you work with custom fields and try to import customers into excel, then everything is being listed the wrong way, so that you cannot use the file for any purpose. You would expect that all emails are in the email column, well then you will be disappointed, it is not the case. Then if you do not want to work with MailChimp, then you have absolutely no other option for email marketing. Pretty bad.

The booking system is totaly down tonight, my customers are unable to book.
