Promises kept

BookReverb does what they say they are going to do. You get reviews as promised and usually within a very reasonable amount of time. Like most reviews, some are low quality, some are high quality and most fall in between. The only other thing I would point out is that BookReverb reviews are 'unverified' by amazon (meaning amazon did not verify that the book was purchased on amazon), and this probably affects the algorithm. But the reviews show up as promised

I've used several review services

I've used several review services and Book Reverb is by far the best. The process is simple and the bulk of the reviews come in promptly. I had about an 80% completion rate with the reviews being both honest and descriptive. Book Reverb is not the cheapest but the user has some control over the cost. Like anything else, you get what you pay for.

Book Revurb is easy to use and does exactly what I need. It helps make the review process quicker and smoother, without overcomplicating things. The layout is simple, the results are good, and it saves time when putting reviews together.

BookReverb has been great to work with…

BookReverb has been great to work with and very easy to use. It just works and seems easier to use than other similar programs I've tried. Really enjoying it so far! Also the customer service has been great. I had a question and they responded very fast.

Super easy and helpful

It was super easy to set up the account and upload my books. I had a few questions before joining, and customer service was quick and efficient. I got reviews on my book that were super helpful. I will definitely recommend BookReverb to anyone.
