I have been using Pebble for about 4 months and the team have been brilliant.
The app is very easy to use and if ever I’ve had a problem George has always been there help.

A few of our franchisees began using BookPebble in September 2022 as a booking platform for our music and movement classes. Over the months the BookPebble team have listened to what we required in the booking platform and added these functions to the system.
Recently the whole franchise has moved over to their subscription model and we are really excited to all be using BookPebble as our booking platform.
We find it very easy to enter our class details, customers find it easy to book and we have had great support from the team - especially Jack and Callum.

The group toddler sense in Purley is brilliant by far my Daughters favourite place. Georgia is lovely who runs it and always makes it the best session

As an activity provider I have found listing my classes on Pebble really easy. My customers have complimented the ease of the booking process too.

I run mums and babies fitness classes and so far the platform has been easy to get to grips with and incorporate into my website. The team are fantastic at responding to questions and more than happy to jump on a call if you need.
There's still some functionality which I'd like to see built in, but it feels like the team are receptive to new ideas so fingers crossed these are considered.

BookPebble is a brilliant website for activity providers to use. The team are super helpful but also it has grown in ease of use even more in just a few months. They clearly listen to their customers, both activity provider customers and customers who book through the site.
Credit to Jack and George who have both gone above and beyond to help set up my page and also check I am happy with everything.

Using Pebble has boosted our extra sessions. The convenience of using the app means parents can book and pay for extra sessions on the spot. Less admin for us and easier for the parents.
The intro from Bev and Dane was great and the customer service, also from Bev, is very helpful for my team.

I have recently taking the plunge and bought into a franchise, setting up my own business running pre school classes. I had the choice of two different software booking system options, one more established company and one newer with great offers.
I decided on Pebble (newer option) and I can honestly say so far I have no regrets. I have to highly recommend George, he has been fantastic!

Pebble has revolutionised my nursery business!

We are a busy nursery and filling the few available spaces we have has always been time consuming, many evenings have been spent, after the nursery has closed responding to requests from parents, amending rotas, reinvoicing and so on.

Pebble has been able to ensure that all of our available spaces are filled with a huge reduction in admin for myself and my team.

Our parents also love the ease of use, and the comfort Pebble provides them knowing that they can secure an additional session with with us almost instantly, at the touch of a button.

It has been (and continues to be) a very challenging time in our industry, and Pebble has completely taken the stress away from managing bookings with our existing families, and has generated us new business - a godsend!

Pebble are developing their software. The concept is fabulous. As a large, new swim school we have asked a lot of questions. Their customer service is exceptional!
