They are not a serious company at all. I paid a higher fair in order to have a pink limo. I gave part of the money in advance. They arrived late in a white limo. Plus the driver was very aggressive saying he needed to have the rest of the money otherwise he would leave. He did not excuse himself for the colour of the limo and did not wait until the end of the tour to have his money, so all the guests were waiting and seeing how rude they were. DON'T BOOK WITH THEM, EVER

These guys are total scammers. Ended up being charged double the original invoice and customer service is rude and unhelpful.

Car did not turn up at all. Driver was in bed when called him. He said that booking cancelled by Mylimo office. I called their emergency office number and they said they had cancelled by mistake and could not help! This is after I double checked booking day before. My clients were left stranded and had to scramble to book taxis. Do not use this company for your clients or yourself they are abysmal. I just hope you are reading this and other reviews before you book.

These people are mis-selling. I was promised a magnum of champagne to enjoy during the ride. I was also told I could pay the balance by bank transfer to the driver. Neither of these things turned out to be true. So there was nothing to drink and we had to take time out of the ride to stop for cash, after the driver was late and unprofessional in the first place. When I followed up, I was gaslighted and threatened.

I wish i had ready the reviews before using this company.
Where do i begin, to start with i asked for a Hummer H2/H3 vehicle and i was quoted for this. I have email evidence to back this up. I had researched other Limo services and was looking for the right price. I got prices similar for the same vehicle but only decided to come back to use this company because they were the first i contacted.
Come the day, the vehicle was close to an hour late (We missed our booking and lost the reservation money), the limo that arrived was not a hummer and looked like it belonged in the 1980s. Beat down, torn interior, smelled stale, no air conditioning (ventilation was only via the 2 back windows) and was generally awful. Considering this was for a surprise i was just heart broken at the fact that they charged me £360 for this worn down piece of garbage. I could have hired a hummer myself for a whole day from a luxury car rental for cheaper and had a better experience with the left over money.
I rang to inform them of this but the gentleman on the phone was very rude and not helpful. I have photos from this vehicle to show the state of this vehicle. Everything that was promised we will get as part of the Limo package experience we did not. They gave us warm champagne too. Appalling service really. I rang them this morning and you should have heard how the gentleman on the phone spoke to me. Avoid this company if you can unless you want this experience. I am going to do my best to ensure they do not get customers treated this way after spending all that money for a perfect experience.

INCREDIBLE!! Absolutely made the night, and to have this journey their and back was just a life saver! Made my little brothers 21st just spectacular. Rez was incredible throughout the entire night, and also added birthday balloons and a bottle of champagne to help us celebrate
