Cancelled booking as no confirmation…

Cancelled booking as no confirmation recieved before we needed to leave for airport. Had email confirmation of cancellation. But apparently taxi turned up. Will wait to see if I am charged.
Very poor booking service .

Totally scammers

Totally scammers! I tried it to book a taxi in Germany but it never worked. There was no information or notification about any monthly fee. I did not use the taxi service even once. But I got charged €39 every month after that for the following 3 month without any notification email! The subscription was NOT clearly disclosed during sign-up - no checkbox, no confirmation email, no warning before the "trial" expired.!!!

The taxi never came and I had to call customer service to find out that the reservation didn't even appear in their system and it took almost another hour for the taxi to come after I explained it to them.

SCAMMERS, DO NOT USE

SCAMMERS! DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY. Tried to use them to book a one off taxi. Taxi never existed despite saying it would be there in 10 minutes.
Two days later credit card was charged €39. Used none of their services, and was not told of any subscriptions. Emailed them, got a seemingly legitimate response but tried to reply and my email has been blocked. Please be warned against these scammers.

Our taxi was late.

Our taxi was late.
I don't know if the problem was on your side or the taxi company's.
20 minutes before the designated time I got an email saying the booking was confirmed.
When I called the company some 3 minutes after designated time, it sounded as if they didn't know about the booking.

As withe everyone else, this company automatically subscribes you and takes money without warning or any email confirmation you've inadvertently subscribed. Thankfully, the bank flagged, blocked and sorted it. Scammy company, avoid at all costs.

We had a confirmed reservation time

We had a confirmed reservation time. After 5-6 attempts to contact the driver direct as listed in the confirmation, the driver was an hour late. The driver spoke no English. The email stated to pay the driver €5.40. At the destination the driver demanded €30. We missed our train and the connection in Strasbourg. Booked seat reservations are not refundable or transferable. Very unsatisfactory. I would not recommend your service to anyone.

I received an email saying the taxi was coming but when I called after waiting 20 minutes the operator said that no one was coming as the service was located in Empoli and was too far away from Certaldo to pick us up.

Absolutely excellent

Absolutely excellent! Uber couldn't find any drivers after more than 20 minutes of trying. We had to het to the airport and tge Bookeo24 office actually phoned me to finish the booking as I was struggling to authenticate. Driver arrived in 5 minutes and we had a great drive to the airport and arrived in plenty of time.

Scammers!!!! We traveled to Como, Italy and installed your taxi app. There was no information or notification about any monthly fee. We did not use the taxi service even once. On the third day, €39 was charged for a monthly subscription . Hidden Subscription Trap – Fight Back and Get Your Money Back

I was charged €39.00 for a monthly subscription after a failed taxi booking. I never received a taxi because there was no availability, yet I was still hit with a recurring fee. The subscription was NOT clearly disclosed during sign-up – no checkbox, no confirmation email, no warning before the "trial" expired. The charge appeared under an obscure name (PTX*REZERVLY.IO) making it hard to identify.

Initially, Bookeo24 REFUSED the refund, claiming the terms were "clearly presented." Only after I threatened a chargeback and regulatory complaints (CCPC, SignalConso, etc.) did they agree to refund the money.

If you are a victim of this practice, DO THIS:

1) Contact your bank IMMEDIATELY – If the charge is still "pending," ask them to revoke the authorization before it's finalized.
2) File a chargeback – Use "Unauthorized Transaction" and "Service Not Received" as reasons.
3) Report to authorities – CCPC (Ireland), SignalConso (France), or your local consumer protection agency.
4) Leave a review – Warn other customers. Companies like this rely on people giving up.

Bottom line: They only refund when threatened. Don't let them get away with this. Fight back!
