Booked a ticket, then the next day, receive an email that my flight was cancelled. in order to receive the refund, you have to pay a 129 dollar fee, for a cancellation I didn't want or submit. It is holding my money ransom for a small fee. I wish i read trustpilot reviews before making my purchase.

Scammers. In order for you to choose a flight through them, they present a cheaper price than others, throughout the entire purchase process they do not inform you of the price of a suitcase and a trolley, even though I searched and searched for it to appear, to compare the final flight price,
and only at the very end of the purchase, $50 for a trolley appeared.
I will never purchase another flight from them.
When I contacted them by email, nothing helped.

ורק ממש בסוף הרכישה, הופיע 50$ לטרולי.
לעולם לא ארכוש מהם יותר טיסה.
כשפניתי במייל כלום לא עזר.

If using Skyscanner don't book using this agent. I bought a ticket to Prague and paid for 23kg luggage (for which we have a receipt and written confirmation). However, on arrival at the airport in Tel Aviv, the ground staff told me that there was no record of prepaid baggage on my booking. Despite presenting my documentation, I was required to pay again on order to check in my luggage. This left me with no choice, as refusal would have meant missing my flight. This is a clear service failure that resulted in an unjustified duplicate charge.

I booked the ticket.i pay for full .on website £565.after they took my money from my bank card.then after few hours call me i have to pay over £400 more,i said why:the Scammer name David said that money only for deposit.i said no way.i told him:why you not say that price on website are deposit.then I’m not agree & i want cancel my fly.but he’s said that if l not pay over £400 him not pay back my money.i have do go to report to police &Citizen advice.now I just waiting to take this Scam company to the Court.

horrible customer service. its Impossible to communicate with them I payed for flight cancellation insurance only to find out that it could only be applied on the entire journey. Im stuck without medication for my travel bcs they didnt send me an eticket (its been over a month since i ve ordered)

All seemed well until I decided to add a luggage to my reservation. There is no option to add luggage on their website and they wanted 110$ for a luggage that costs 45$.
Otherwise they told me i have to do it at the airport and pay the fines for doing it there!!!
They should be reported.
No customer service either. No phones no WhatsApp option… they only allow one message every 5 hours..
If you have alternatives - don’t use them. The headache is not worth it.

Today I asked to receive my booking number, which was not provided to me properly. I got a bizarre response from a representative named Doron: “At worst – just check in at the counter at the airport.” Why should I contact them again? I’ll just book tickets with a company that doesn’t waste my time standing in lines at the counter and doesn’t give me such disrespectful answers.

When I asked them shortly before my flight why they didn't notify me that the time of my flight has been changed, they were not embarrassed, to reply that it's not their job to do so...

I will never use Book A Flight again.
They have no real customer service — only email.
You cannot change your flight by yourself — they do it for you, and you have no control.
They don’t answer the phone.
It’s a terrible experience.
Less than 24 hours before the flight, they charge $300 for cancellation and $150 or changes.
The customer service is absolutely awful.

Fictive low price UN-TRUSTED SITE
They post a fictive low price to attract people , and when you are about to click to "pay", the price jumps up 10%-12%.
they cheat you with that they've added a checkbox that you approve that you acknowledge that the price went up during booking.
Wish I could attaching screens of how they gradually upping the price (posted on google).

Disgusting website, poor service, uncompromising, inflexible, not recommended at all.

and received immediate confirmation. However, they informed me that I would only receive my e-ticket 24 hours before check-in, which already felt suspicious.

The confirmation showed a flight number and times that didn’t match the actual airline schedule. I arrived early at the airport only to discover that the flight time had changed, and when I tried to check in, the airline had no reservation under my name—no booking number, no record whatsoever.

I was forced to buy a completely new ticket on the spot, causing stress, financial loss, and ruining my trip. This company is running a fraudulent operation and should not be trusted. Avoid at all costs.

There is a special place in hell for the people at Book A Flight. Besides for the complete lack of service and communication for our first leg, our second leg was canceled. They not only did not refund us but when refuted the cost with the insurance company they used fake documents to show the flight was used. It ofc wasn’t, we were stranded and had to pay a lot for a last minute flight. They for months told us we would be refunded but never gave us the funds they promised to give and we know they received as we confirmed with the airline we flew.

Bad customer service - the moment you need something you have to pay $150 just to have it taken care of.
We missed a flight and I asked for a refund of port taxes and they said it would cost me $150 just for the treatment and they not sure I'll get it, even though it's a legal ruling.

While low prices may seem tempting, be cautious when ordering additional baggage. This company charges double the price compared to the airline itself. Their actions violate at least two sections of the Consumer Protection Law, yet they refuse to refund the overpaid amount. Stay informed and vigilant!

Normally, I don’t leave negative reviews related to support issues. However, in this case, I believe the company has intentionally adopted this policy, and I feel compelled to warn others.

I purchased a flight that does not allow cancellation but permits date changes. What the company failed to disclose is that their service fee for processing a date change is higher than the cost of a brand-new ticket.

During the booking process, the website offered an additional support service for $17 or something like that, but what it did not clearly explain is that if I declined this option, the fee for changing dates (just their service fee) would be $250—on top of any fare difference.

One day after I booked a flight with Bluebird, the company changed it and my connection got screwed. I could not get a hold of Bluebird nor bookaflight and I have been trying for days.

Stay away from them.

Bought a ticket in October 2024. Added 17 $ for customer support (stupid me) . No customer support- got a not helpful answer after 24 hours. Luckily there were no special problems with the flight, so besides that they didn't send me the eticket i didnt need them. Just added a BIG star to my list not to buy via this company in the future.
