Very disappointing and frustrating experience. This company made many promises and wanted a lot of money (which I paid) but did not complete them. They continually asked for more money even though they did not finish what they were paid to do. Communication was terrible; when asked about finishing the promised project(s) and/or refunding some of the money paid them, they would not return any emails. In addition, they consistently made changes that were not approved as well as take too much time to complete anything. If you're looking for a company to market your products, DO NOT use Book Advertisers. You will be very disappointed and waste time and money!

I have heard horror stories about companies you complain about coming after you attempting to destroy you and your product by, in turn, targeting you with bad reviews. Like how they responded to the reviewer who gave them 1 star was rather curt. But I am weary, and I want other potential customers to beware. I have been dealing with them for several months wanting them to at least deliver on their promises--I spent quite a bit of money. But instead, they keep asking me for more money for a new promotion without delivering on their original promise. And they rarely respond - 1 to 2 weeks can go by. I have really tried to be patient but they have only responded by saying it is my fault because I won't spend money on Ads or I ask for too many edits when in fact what they provided did not reflect my product. They offer a money back guarantee, but they have ignored my request. Unfortunately, I am going to have to view this as a significant loss. I will never trust another book promoter.
