We had a very good experience, we have had two different types of buses, one was double-decker and the other normal, but in both we were very comfortable and the drivers were also nice. The driver of the first bus didn't know any English so it was a bit difficult to communicate with him, but we didn't have any problems and managed to get through everything without problems.

The wrong info about the driver. Wrong name and telephone number. He could´t be reached.

Price quoted was literally thousands less than some other quotes. Bus driver was a very pleasant man who worked hard for us and put in a great shift for us. Even when I had to phone the office to clear a few things up the woman was so helpful. We use coach hire companies across Europe fairly often and we will use this company again without doubt.

My original bus reservation cancelled at the last minute and the employees at BookABus were able to get me scheduled with a new ride very quickly and professionally which I am very grateful for. Would absolutely work with this company again.

The only thing holding back from a 5 star review is that the bust was 10 minutes late and when we called the driver to figure out what was going on, the number went to someone who was unaware of the status and not able to help. The tardiness was ok, it was just a bit frantic trying to get help when the bus didn't show as scheduled. However, extremely happy with everything else in this hiring experience!
