Spot on shuttle service and safe parking lot

I have used this hotel for all my parking needs. I fly just about once a month and I try to book here first for parking and shuttle service to RDU. I am super satisfied with their shuttle service. I will definitely book for my Feb trip. I already have the January parking reservation. Thank you!

Avoid this company

We had to cancel our booking as our car broke down the week before our holiday, so we had to book a taxi. I had paid extra to insure the booking in case of cancellation. A refund was promised within 2-3 working days. After 5 days, no refund. 12 days later and a reminder by email, still no refund. I've tried ringing but nobody is available to answer the call. Very, very poor service indeed

Price was good

Price was good. Lighted parking lot. Staff at hotel was courteous. Shuttle was prompt. Very close to RDU.

its the worst company on the planet……

its the worst company on the planet… they have lost my car keys and i had to manage to come home from the airport after five hours wait…. and 6 days later i had to go all the way to the airport to collect my car… dont ever use this company….

Terrible service

Terrible service. Left waiting over an hour in wind and cold with no shelter. No communication, no apology, and no refund despite clear failure. Even after escalating, Jessica handled the complaint incompetently and failed to resolve the issue. Avoid this company at all costs.

PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK INDEED

PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK INDEED! This is what you will be told if your car is vandalized or stolen at one of their contracted lots. I had to pay a $1,000 insurance deductible immediately after a vacation. Book2Park kindly passed the buck to the lot owner who began ignoring my calls after our initial conversation. Book2Park's final word to me today was PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK so I'm making sure potential customers understand that as well.

Please note that the parking facilities we partner with are secure and regularly monitored; however, incidents like theft or vandalism are unfortunately beyond anyone’s control and can happen even in well-secured areas. Because these are self-park lots, the industry standard — as clearly stated in all terms and posted signage — is “Park at Your Own Risk.”

While neither Book2Park.com nor the parking lot owners can accept liability for such events, we always do our best to assist customers by contacting the lot management and helping provide any documentation needed for insurance purposes.

We truly regret the inconvenience this caused and appreciate your understanding of the limitations all parking providers face when it comes to unpredictable acts of vandalism.

Another great experience

We were greeted pleasantly by Johnny when we arrived at the lot and he took us to our ship. Upon our return, Alvin was waiting at the port to direct us to the shuttle. Jason handled our luggage promptly and with a smile. Another great experience at your Tampa Book2Park location.

Excellent lot, Excellent location!

This lot was great. The service was excellent and the location could not be better. They are right across from the port. They have very friendly staff who are eager to help. The lot could use a little gravel but that would not stop me from using them again. I would definitely use this lot and recommend them to anyone!

Good and convenient

My booking experience was easy, the customer service exceptional and parking price was cheap. I usually travel through the Washington area airports (BWI, DCA, IAD) and always book through book2park because prices are unbeatable and have the best options available.

Would not recommend...

I booked to park my car near Montreal airport. The booking indicated that a 24/7 shuttle would be available. I arrived at the hotel, paid the remaining balance on my booking, and was then informed that there was no shuttle. I shot an email to book2park, they replied that they would cover my UBER fees.

I returned from my trip, and submitted both UBER receipts. Book2park then broke their promise to refund the transportation fees, and solely refunded me the deposit I paid to their site. I am out 30 bucks.

I will not use nor recommend book2park.

Due to COVID some parking lots have had to stop their shuttle operations and have yet to reinstate them. This is the case with this particular location. We have now taken action to avoid this from happening again.

As mentioned during the email you received from us, we are working with the hotel to be able to provide your transportation expenses refund.
We issued the refund for the only payment you had made on our website because we believe 100% on your satisfaction and understand this was not a good experience.

IMPRESSED!

I had never used this service before. I just happened to find it online. It was so easy to use. The hotel we used to park was very nice, shuttle was quick, instructions after booking were great. We will definitely use Book2park again.

Great service!!!!

Front desk customer service was Great! We took the shuttle to airport and call for the shuttle to pick us up after. The shuttle guy was nice and helpful there and back. Will use them again.

Terribly experience with one of the garages.

Terrible place at the Radisson of Philadelphia Airport. The shuttle driver during dropoff was EXTREMELY RUDE and disrespectful. When we came back there was simply NO PICKUP at all. We waited and waited for an hour and finally had to take a taxi OUT OF POCKET to get to the lot to get our car back. VERY POORLY RUN place. STAY AWAY!!

Ammended on 04/17/2022 after contacting book2park on FB.

So it seems, book2park is an agency that deals with several parking garages. The Radisson Hotel at the PHL airport (2033 Penrose Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19145), that's the real culprit. That said very disappointed with both dropoff and pickup.

" this is about 4th time I have used you. Everything went pretty smooth
except with all the construction, was really hard getting into lot.
Coming back, Alvin (I believe was his name) was Superman. He loaded
everyone's baggage, some very heavy and got everyone on board and then
unloaded it all at the lot. Your people did a great job."
