I arrived at the test centre after booking through GetAPass only for them to tell me there are no tests booked under my name or license number. I booked for the 6th of April, and was offered the 9th instead, and when I tried to reschedule weeks in advance to the 13th , I received no confirmation this was successful, and the date confirmed on the "manage my booking" page was still the 9th. After reporting this, I was told to go on the 13th, even though I already know there is no appointment booked for me after visiting the test centre. I now unable to rebook the test directly through gov.uk as a result, at least until after this second date, which I cannot attend, has passed. GetAPass should be shut down.

Getapass is a scam. On booking my test they let me select my date, then as you are about to pay they add an ‘unlimited test’ fee and once you have paid you have added something on you don’t need. They then didn’t have the date I wanted but for one that was the next day! I contacted them and they asked to change it, wouldnt refund the full amount and now have ghosted me. Don’t use this service, book via the correct website direct. Scammers!

This company are an anonymous nightmare. No telephone, no name. Delaying repetitive emails to waste your time and wear you down. I would give minus stars if I could, consumers should be protected from company’s like this.

Avoid!!! Check the hidden small print there to catch you out.
They just want your money. Zero customer service, website made to look like official website.
