I have ordered 2 blouses from boohoo only received just 1. All I get is excuse after excuse days later. You deserve 0 stars. Try to be honest and maybe people will like you.. will not shop there anymore.
Clothing is cute, not the best quality. Some items are hit or miss but the price kinda makes up for that. If your planing for an even make sure you order a month in advance if you are a Kiwi, just in case - can take a while to arrive.
I brought from boohoo and I recieved all of the items I ordered.
Packaging: It came in a boohoo shopping bag.
Quality: Everything was the right sizing. However, after one wash one of the tops I had ordered had the stitching comming undone. Its ok I spose since I ordered them on a Black Friday Sale so I didn't pay the retail price so the top I got was cheap.
Customer Service Response: I hadn't recieved a confirmation email to say that my order had been dispatched. I messaged boohoo on facebook and within 24 hours I had a reply with tracking Info.
Shipping time: I payed for express shipping and my order got to me in 6 working days.
Would I buy from them again? Yes most definately.
