Briony was a great rep who helped to assist me in a package I mistakenly sent as part of my return. She was able to locate the package and have it returned to me. Her attention and customer service-oriented attitude made me want to be a repeat customer of Boody, knowing that reps like her are working behind the scenes for an amazing brand. I can trust buying from this brand not only in terms of quality clothing but also knowing that if anything does go wrong, they will treat me with the utmost attention.

Recently, I decided to overhaul my life with cleaner, more sustainable products that don't contain microplastics or arent made with harsh chemicals. I started in the sleep department, replacing bedding and pajamas + loungewear, as i spend alot of time in my PJs. They are typically what i reach for when the work day is over. 
I had never heard of boody, but while searching for either silk or cotton pajamas online, i found an article that detailed the top10 brands of "healthy material" pajamas, and boody was on the list.After checking out their website and originally their  vegan silk line, i   made my initial purchase which included 6 pcs from the vegan silk collection. i quickly learned that the pajamas had the feel of a silk peice, but were more sustainably made, easier to care for, and were made for organically grown bamboo. Of course i was thrilled.  i ordered the long sleeve top and pajama pants in the white ( for a gift) and the garnet color  in the shorts, tank, + the short sleeve and long sleeve tops to mix and match the shirts for different occasions.I also ordered two of the bamboo sleep shirts. A few hours later, after further going through their website, i placed a second order with some of their traditional bamboo pajama pcs, some for me, some for gifts for Christmas. Then came the waiting game. The first order came very quickly... to canada i believe it took about a week. I was pleasantly surprised when i opened the box. The quality of everything was amazing. The feel of the pajamas was .. In one word  Luxurious. My friend loved the set I gifted her. The fit was so beautiful and draped my body perfectly. Then the second order arrived, and i was again impressed.  I have been living in them ever since they arrived, and i am excited to get home to change in to my PJS everyday. 
The biggest thing for me though, is that the PJS dont make you sweat! They are soft, warm and cozy but thermoregulating. I normally overheat, and wake up drenched even in the winter, but not in these. They kept me warm dry and comfortable all night long. I did reach out to customer service as two items from my order which were intended as gifts had some pen marks where the buttons were meant to be, and they quickly replied to my query, offering me two solutions to either re ship the items, or to refund the price of them.
I was overall beyond thrilled with the quality of the products,  and the customer service. I just placed my third order today. I am officially hooked!!!  If you are new to the brand, don't hesitate, you won't regret your purchases. Every single thing was amazing!

My order was returned to sender and the only reason I can see why this happened is because DHL, who Boody uses to deliver orders in Ontario, gave it to another third party shipper (T Force) to deliver. They delivered to Canada Post when they were closed. T Force should know what Canada Post's hours are and deliver when they are open. This was a Christmas gift and now the person receiving this gift will have nothing to open Christmas Day. Terrible customer service.

Well, l finally found a brand of clothes that stands up to its promise in quality for the $. The clothes will last you for years. They look, feel and wash amazing. I promise you that you won't regret this purchase. Thank you! Boody..

I placed 2 orders and have received them both. One was complete but the other was missing 2 items and wrong size in 1/2. I have reported but nothing conclusive in reply as to what is going to happen to resolve. Also when ordering there were offers of free gifts which i chose sizes excitedly but nothing came. I would love to hear from you to go further.

I would recommend Boody. After an initial hard start with a forgotten free item they made good! After dealing with the bot a few times a human was able to help me and they sent me my pants. Totally trust them and products are soft and comfortable and cute!
