I paid extra for the gift wrapping and the bear came in a broken shipping box (because it was packaged in a box too small) and no gift box. I brought it to their attention with several emails and after 3 WEEKS of stalling they finally reimbursed me for the gift box but short changed me paying only $22.50 of the $25 I paid. I will be sending a formal complaint to the FTC. Good luck if you buy from this corrupt company.

It’s scam website I ordered on aug 18th and have yet to receive my purchase or my refund. Here’s a better one try calling or even getting in touch with customer service😒🤔🤣 I’ll wait. Go to Amazon dnt waste your time or money here. Never Again

I don’t remember buying the 6th bear and complaining about the price or about the product itself. As soon as it arrived, all I recall are my family members laughing and smiling because of how large and awesome it is. I’ve been searching for a gift for a close friend for the longest time, until I suddenly came upon this teddy bear. I compared the prices to other companies, and Boo Bear Factory had the only reasonable price. If you’re looking to see the biggest smile ever on someone you’re gifting the bear to, I highly recommend you purchase!

Ordered a 6ft tall bear and sure enough it stands the same height as me! Best price I could find as well, other places wanted $220-$300 for the same size bear! These bears are great quality and stuffed perfectly, I will for sure be purchasing more in the future. Not to mention the bear was delivered 2 days later very quick and easy.

Order a 7foot bear in the beginning of December! Paid extra to have the bear within 4 days, Christmas gift, they charged me twice stopped communicating with me and after Christmas I got a limp looking 4 1/2 foot bear! Cheap! Company is a scam they charged me twice! Wouldn’t respond! Don’t waste your money! All the positive reviews are AI

Absolute garbage! Don't order gift wrapping or gift note. You will pay extra for a damaged white box with a red bow printed on it. Looks like a kid did it. Then your special gift note is a usp sticky shopping label. Absolute worst company. Never gets back to you and lies. Stay away!

Just coming back to update , they still have not responded to me. I wish I could stand in front of their store and tell everyone coming in how bad they are.

Stay away from this site. You can get the same bears on Amazon for less and no bad customer service.

I ordered a 12ft bear, along with gift wrapping including a bow. I received a big teddy bear, but it was not wrapped at all. Furthermore, the bear is only 9 feet tall, not 12 feet. There's a *substantial* difference in price between 9 feet and 12 feet! I took photos of the bear I received with a measuring tape showing the length and sent them the photos via e-mail, along with the plastic bags the teddy bear was packed in instead of a "polyester fabric wrapping" and a bow as they indicate on their web site. They denied any wrongdoing despite the evidence I presented. DO NOT order from this company as they are not being honest about what they are selling.

The shipping took about a week to get here. I ordered the 6 ft Original Boo Bear and it came in a smaller package than expected which impressed me. Taking it out of the package, I had to fluff it up a bit as some of the stuffing was a little deformed because of the packaging but other than that it looks and feels great. I'm not sure what the 1 star review is about. My bear came from California and was originally $400. I got it on sale for $139 + + $60 shipping

This place isn't up front with you and tell you that you bear comes from China. Charged me more for shipping then the bear itself. Doesn't respond to your request for information. I paid a high shipping for this to take more than two weeks for this Bear?! go elsewhere trust me you'll receive better service!
