Professional scammers website, they just stole my money, I have done the payment and my money also deducted from my account, buy in website it says payment failed please retry!!!! Son of btches!!!

They are scammers DO NOT VISIT THIS SITE. I got my item but it turned out to be a damaged second hand item which I waited 3 weeks for they then made me wait another week before processing only half of my refund and I just took footage and screenshots of our conversation where they clearly promised me a full refund along with the amount I was owed, yet still scam us and only sent half. I was fuming and asked them where the rest is, they continued to send me automated text saying there's nothing they can do. PLEASE BEWARE ITS INDIAN SCAMMERS.

It's a facking scam. I want my money back INR 3909.84. I made an order and cancelled by them. The status shows Refunded. I never received the money.

I have ordered perfume worth Rs. 6000 but no update on shipping/ dispatch/ delivery it's been two months . Don't waste your money & time with this website it's totally fake.

Very poor administration and communication. They don't resolve issues instead take you from pillar to post through email. No resolution at the end. They rejected my return without valid reason. Since they said they will come back to me. Their return address in SA Durban is a fraud, no one to receive the retun items.

Do not trust this site. I ordered stuff from them, the courier indicated that the parcel was delivered but it wasn’t. I addressed this with both the courier and with Bonzi and neither of them can provide me with proof that my parcel was delivered or who took ownership of the parcel on delivery. Nothing was received by anybody living in our house and the parcel is nowhere on the property. Bonzi is refusing to take ownership and refund my money or replacing the “lost goods”. Pathetic service.

Will never recommend bonzi to anyone. Bought items since December 2022. It's been two months and not even a call or message from them. I called the courier company and to my surprise was told that my package was never delivered for delivery. This is a scam from them.

Bonzi is efficient on services with the online shopping I ordered the item through them within the time frame of 2 weeks they have manage to deliver my item, it is in perfect condition no blemishes right product just as it appears on the photo from their website my order was done on 3rd, January,2023 and the delivery is been done today on 19th January, 2023 well done team Bonzi you deserve ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I will you use you guys again delivery has been done not by post office right through into my yard please people.when placing orders online patience these items are traveling long distances to reach us.

They Said Fragrances Cannot be shipped to India .
They firstly said they will refund my Money & asking for my Bank Details Like * Account No.
* IFS Code etc
They said they have got My Bank Details & forwarding to belonging person.
Later they again sent me email that they can only give me Gift Card offering their own currency value.
Not refund in my Bank.
I have ordered again from their site continuing with that Gift Card worth R 931 on 9th Jan
I just opened my Email to check my order status & i am Unlinked/Blocked from their website, bonzi website dissapeared all from the Net. As it was never appeared. Feeling like i have been cheated moneywise.

Ordered a vag diagnostic from Bonzi firstly it only works with windows 2000. Secondly if you try open the disc it comes with it is full of Trojan and mallaware viruses and you can not download the drivers or the latest drivers for windows 10. When emailing them within there 7 day policy they rejected the return. Not sure why it was rejected when one can not even use this product. Now all emails are being ignored from Bonzi so yes poor products and poor communication. I would be very careful what you order from them as they do not keep to there policy.

This company is a china based drop shipping company.

Support is non-existant, and their shipping times are understated. If you are reading this, rather purchase the item somewhere else.

I am super disappointed with Bonzi. I have placed and paid for my order on the 9th of November and till now I have not received my order. I an order number or purchase number. I have sent an email to query and an agent replied saying it is in the way. This was one week ago. I'm starting to think is bonzi a scam???

The product price show 499.
I ordered and amount debited 1525. Cancel my order and Give me 100% refund.

I am still waiting for my order. It was already placed on 30 July 2022,
7-15 Days have come and gone. The parcel has been sitting in the "arrived in destination country" for the last 5 days!

I ordered item, hoping it's dispatched from Durban, all of sudden I received questionable email address requesting I send my ID copy.
I now doubt I'll receive ordered item.
All contact channel keep sending me to website, no clear help line.

I know they will take this off , but I have done my findings to see this is a phony platform all good comments about them is sent by them, and replied by them . How can you be a ZA site , and your whatsapp number is a VOIP ( Thats a app Number used by people trying to hide something , and its USA number lol ) Paid for a device for over 25 days after payment , and just got a tracking number that is not valid! and this is just to buy 15 days again ??? PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM . The fact that they dont even have a customer care number? Run!!!! Dont share your details with them
