I had a (large, and fairly heavy) kitchen sink and accessories sent from Bonvu to me in Switzerland. The shipping rate that they were able to propose was nearly 50% less expensive than the one I had found on my own, and just as fast. Plus, when the sink box went 5 days with no tracking updates, Bonvu responded very quickly to my request for help, and contacted the shipping company for an update. I will definitely be a repeat client!

Needed a proxy service for some kpop albums that only sold within the USA! They were able to purchase the albums for me and ship them to me once they arrived at their warehouse! Once the item arrived it was so quick to be shipped out once I'd paid, and it arrived quick too! Packaging was secure and perfect. Would highly recommend!

Excellent service! Used Bonvu service in January 2022 to ship the laptop from NewEgg to Europe. They did everything well. Have to admit that it was not possible to reach them via phone, but the always responded quickly via the email.
After my laptop been received I realized the screen issue (different screen, FHD instead of UHD) due to seller's mistake. NewEgg issued refund to Bonvu and they kindly forwarded that to my account.

I have used BONVU on over several dozen occasions and when using anything that many times something goes awry (not due to them). Despite that, each and every time their lighting fast customer service has jumped in to help and have solved the problem for me even forgoing reimbursement in the process! This is all on top that they provide an excellent service without which I wouldn't be able to get many of the things I now use regularly. A clear 10/10 in my book.

Bonvu has taken care of several shipments for my company. And I am very statisfied. Not only simpel shipments, but also a second hand rubber press I bought on Ebay USA. Not a light weight kind of thing, and not easy to pack. It went smooth!

I am very happy with Bonvu. For me as a Dutch buyer, it is sometimes difficult to get certain goods in the Netherlands. Several American companies don't export. I let them sent it to Bonvu, and have no problems with importing at all
