I opened an order during holiday season.
With full understanding that there might be delays which is more than understandable, I would still expect for an order number to be emitted with a tracking number. So far no such information has been given but the money has been taken. I opened a claim with PayPal and hopefully I will either receive the package soon or get my money back. I would also add that I previously ordered from bonprix.it and never had such issues, which is why I immediately felt something is wrong
