Nice products, good prices. Unfortunately, the delivery is not fast and the description of the products is not always accurate.

The payment system was misfunctinung so, that I payed 3 time for same order. As result 2 pacels with same item we're sent to me. The 3d payment is still pending.
I ordered a coat size 50 in accordance to measurement chart, but it is so huge, more like 54. I send it back.

I've really enjoyed shopping at Bon Prix. I enjoy the selection and ability to find clothes in my size. The coupons and discounts are very helpful. I'm always very satisfied with the great quality of the merchandise.

forcing me to accept cookies in order to open my own account page is just horribly dumb

I've ordered bras before which were superb. Unfortunately the knicker packs are at the other end if the spectrum . Too small -and I do measure. The boxer pack?? Why put buttons on 🤬and no leg elastic so they just end up feeding hungry bum.

If you value your money and your sanity stay away from this company and if they really have something you need pay with paypal.
My expierences with this company are multiple issues :
1. Ordered window blinds, in multiple shipments.
First shipment mounting hardware was broken, they could not send me the mounting hardware so had to return it. The came and picked it up and then poof it vanished in thin air (michael copper field style). Complained no response, got money back via paypal because bonprix didn't want to respond/handle it.
Second shipment of blinds no mounting hardware at all, asked for replacement/return they never even picked it up (money lost). Since I was already to deep in the hole I ordered another one (just to use the mounting hardware, because in meantime my size was already sold out).
2. Now I guess I wasn't learned yet so I ordered a dress for my mom. I tried to pay via Bancontact, their provider told me it was an error/timeout (after I confirmed at my bank application). So I good faith I used paypal to pay for the order (since Bancontact wasn't working). The day after I check my account balance and I see that I'm debited for the Bancontact transfer. So I made a complain, I provide proof from my bank statements, but still they refuse to refund me.
So in the end I'm done with this company, I've asked to close my account for good and i'm here warning everyone of you about their way of doing business if something goes wrong... well hope you paid via paypal or less well good luck but you probably never see your money back again...

I have again contacted KBC support team and they had passed my claim through a deeper investigation, which again resulted in the fact that the payment was done successfully from my side. As a proof – I have already sent you the payment slip, attached again. The investigation shown that bonprix might use a third payment service company, and KBC advised to you to check thoroughly with them about my payment.
If I will not receive a positive feedback from you, I have nothing else to do than to file an appeal of fraud into Belgian police and testaankoop association.
I hope that this email will find you well and we will finally come to the positive conclusion, I have spent already quite some time and will appreciate your collaboration and support in this case.

I have paid my order, but due to the bug at bonprix, the shopping list remained unpaid, and I received no confirmation. after several days I have contacted them, saying that the payment went through. They proposed to wait some more days as they received nothing. A week later I have contacted my bank and they confirmed that the payment is finalized successfully, and they even cannot reverse it as the other side got money. I have again sent the payment confirmation, bonprix again insisted that they received nothing. Two weeks passed since the payment and I still did not receive anything. Moreover, bonprix does not reply me anymore. I am not sure I will buy anything here anymore.

SCAM ALERT!!!!!! Extremely scammy company. They sent me clothes I did not order and demanded over 100 euros for them. Customer service is a complete joke. After looking at the reviews and seeing how they take the items back but still harass for payment, we decided to just keep the damn clothes. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Fast, reliable service. Good selections and products are of reasonable price. I'm a very satisfied customer.
