Love the pergola. Great quality. We did have issues with one of the shades not being cut properly but customer service provided a replacement quickly. Instructions that came with the pergola were terrible so make sure to use online instructions.

We purchased 4 screens to fully enclose our pergola. They are so well made and sturdy. Superior to other screens and are worth the price.

We got two screens with the pergola and installing them was significantly more difficult than setting up the pergola itself. One screen came damaged (small hole in the corner when we received it) and getting them to go up and down smoothly required the use of some WD-40 (which was mentioned in the online manual, but not in the paper manual that came with the product). The support from Bon was awesome and super helpful to resolve the issue.

These look amazing, but be VERY CAREFUL - in the 18' x 13' Villa model, the basic install instructions call for a 1)4" wider spacing on the pillars than what you need for the shades to operate properly. We heeded the warnings not to anchor the one side we covered until fitting the shades; so adjusting was easy. Be sure to adjust the fit especially it doing multiple sides. They look great!
