Just same as all the similar companies
I don't find Bonpay being anything special. Many other companies do similar service with varying quality. This doesn't mean Bonpay is bad. It's good for the service you are looking for.
I've been a part of their telegram community for some time and don't find anything bad.
The wallet looks good though it lacks some basic features you can expect to have.
Cards would be perfect to have. Some people argue if they would have it.
Support team is good. They can help to solve problems fast.

An upcoming bitcoin wallet/debit card
Well, they haven't launched yet, so it's hard to say anything specific. Looks good, livechat is friendly, fees and limits are acceptable but you can't register just yet. You'll be able to order USD and EUR cards, both plastic and virtual. They also claim that first subscribers will get free cards. So, it might be interesting, will see.
