Tried contacting Bonnie Bliss Cleaning Services multiple times regarding a dispute that arose over the past few weeks. Unfortunately, getting in touch with the owner/manager is nearly impossible as they seem to hide behind a call screening service. When they finally do respond, they refuse to have a proper conversation—constantly speaking over you in a raised voice, unwilling to listen to your perspective or review any supporting evidence.
To make matters worse, they resort to making outlandish and defamatory comments about you and your business. When confronted, rather than addressing concerns professionally, they just shout louder. Totally unprofessional behaviour—if you’re using them for any business, you’d better hope you never have a disagreement with them.
