Placed an order over a month ago that I had to cancel as I was told there was a 14 weeks wait for the product.
I decided to cancel my order and requested for my refund as waiting for 14 weeks was way too long!
I was told I should expect my refund in 5 days and this was on the 29th of October. I’ve still not received my refund and I’ve been calling to chase it up and no response for over two weeks. I’m on the verge of contacting the fraud line to see if there’s anything they can suggest in order for me to get my money back. Terrible company, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Really really upset i ordered a table 15 weeks ago i fully understood it had a time lead of 10 weeks plus so knew i had to wait the very disappointing thing for me is the lack of feedback, i have sent 4 e.mails with no response as to when i will receive it, the last e.mails was 4-5 weeks ago telling me the table had been shipped in a container I’m fully aware that everything takes time but feel let down as to my e.mails not being answered, i have been patient because i love the table but i am sad to have to say the customer service is not what i expected of a prestigious company.
