As ALWAYS excellent products in perfect condition, my only concern was that the post office promised delivery of my order on Saturday the 1 August between the hours of 11-15 to 1-15 .Despite being at home all day with the door open nothing,no notification from the post office and no note to explain or give me more information as to when I could expect delivery !but this is the problem with the Post office. As usual YOUR service was exemplary,I will be in contact with you for my next consignment very soon. Regards Steve😀👩‍🍳

The product is good, but the lid of one plastic bottle with salt went out and the salt was spread in the box, coming out of it. The lid needs to be fixed better, on the other bottle the lid was not stable too. Thank you

A product that stirred me into trying to make a flammenkueche must be good. Result was okay, probably because I'm tuned to pizzas. Enough dough for two more attempts. Delivery was fast and packaging kept dough in prime condition.

It’s so good to be able to get this range of goods. Everything comes really well packaged in paper, therefore no plastic waste and also no damaged products.

I have ordered from BonneBouffe in the past. I am especially grateful that I can buy products that are unavailable in the UK. The orders are handled and sent very quickly. The quality of their products is excellent. I only regret that they no longer sell frozen confit duck legs - due I suppose to problems following Brexit.

Super stuff!, parcel arrived on time and well packaged and remained relatively cool given the ambient temperatures at the moment.

Next day delivery but surprised that no cooler packs were included during a heat wave? One of the pair of duck saucisson was so salty that we couldn't discern any canard in the flavour at all... the other was thankfully much better quality.
