Dear Kate, we use various tools to find people's locations. These range from social media networks to more specialist databases that we have access to. Our years of in-house expertise and speed of delivery are what our clients are paying for. Unfortunately, in some instances, the data just isn't available to trace someone. This is especially true if they are elderly and have a limited digital trail.
It is clear from your reaction that you expected a full 'boots on the ground' investigation for the £479 you paid. I'll be honest, there isn't a PI agency anywhere in the UK that will offer door-to-door detectives for that price.
