I recently bought lab diamond earrings…

I recently bought lab diamond earrings for my partner, but unfortunately we broke up before I had the chance to give her the gift. I didn’t want to keep them because they remind me of what happened between us, so I contacted the store to ask about the possibility of a return. I sent a message via email as well as WhatsApp. They completely ignored me and didn’t reply to any of my messages. Terrible customer service. I do not recommend.
