Bought this to control ceiling fans5 months, 2 support tickets, same troubleshooting on repeat, zero fix

Bought this to control ceiling fans. Two of them keep dropping connection — support's own diagnosis pointed to range/coverage, but my house is not that large. A rep told me they'd send a second Bridge if it recurred. It recurred. Instead of honoring that, they made me redo the exact same troubleshooting from months earlier, then walked the promise back entirely. Two tickets, five months, zero fix. Don't buy/Walk away.
