Awful customer service is rude, said they don’t refund if the delivery to the shop address it’s sent do accept even when the parcel is going to be returned to them . I’ve now been told after waiting three weeks for it to be sent it could take months for once they get it back to resend . Avoid this company at all cost ! Further emails sent asking where my delivery is, was told I need to pay more money to send it to my address even though the courier they instructed delivered it to the wrong address in the first place . Still not had my bag asked for a refund and refused again . So no item they have taken my money and no goods received .

AVOID!!! My bag arrived in a plastic bag and not in a box and was so squashed during the delivery (came from China). I took photos to show them the damage and they said to put a few items inside and it will return to its shape and rejected my refund request. Totally unacceptable and trading standards are going to be informed of this as I have a right to have a refund as the bag is too badly folded and misshaped as it's cheap and nasty and nothing is going to return it to its normal shape! I would be not use this firm again!!!

Beautiful bags lovely material. Bought 2 bags for presents. They arrive in their own dust bag really feels like a more expensive experience. Great pricing. My only negative would be delivery was slow took 16 days so it meant I didnt have the bag on the actual day of my sisters birthday. Overall 4.5 stars

The bag is fairly large with 2 compartments, pouch for a phone & a couple of zipped up pouches as well. An extra strap to make it into a shoulder bag was included. Took 14 days to be delivered though
