Customer service is horrible
Customer service is horrible, they sent me the wrong pants and are trying to issue me a refund when all i want is the correct pants. They also take days to respond. Don't order from here.

i order through their instagram page , as they have few options to choose from which site you want to order , they charged me twice , and main page with millions followers replay to me that unfortunately this page is scam - but it is link on their page ! so they r part of scammers !there is option online store , amazon , shein I pressed online store been charged twice and they said that page is a scam - its on their page !!! bonafide-clothes.com are scammers and link is in their Instagram page ! so why they not warned customers ! cause they are scammers !

Scam Alert - Do Not Trust This Website
I placed an order and made the payment, but I never received the product. After multiple attempts to contact their customer service, I got no response at all. It turns out, after further investigation, that this site is a complete scam!
I reached out to the real manufacturer of the items I ordered, and they confirmed that this site is fraudulent. They take your money and never deliver the products.

It's a SCAM!! Payment failed at first. Order confirmation happened anyways via a very shady email address. Second payment worked unfortunately. Clothes never arrived! (it's 5 months ago now)
